I had my first Zoetry Experience in the Dominican Republic and it was amazing and now my Mobay experience continues the quality and uniquely intimate Boutique experience. The rooms are spacious with a Modern Feel. You won't be disappointed but you will need patience. Hey you are Jamaica. The property is well kept and secure.

Came here for 5 nights for a girls trip celebration of 40 years of friendship and this place exceeded all of our expectations - super comfortable beds, excellent food and beverages and most important - friendly, helpful staff that want to sincerely make sure you taken care of and happy.
It is beautiful, serene and just what the doctor ordered for relaxation. Yvonne the GM runs a great resort with the best people! Will definitely be back!

I had the pleasure to celebrate my birthday at the Zoetry and was totally blown off my feet by the classical accommodation I was given....Kudos to Ms Nordia, this lady went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect...talk about real professionalism and dedication that's her, she portrays a great image for this resort and is most definitely an asset....Tajay at the front desk was also very warm and ensured we were well taken care of....Ms Nordia and Tajay we are already planning our next vacation.....so see you guys real soon......Thanks again Ms Nordia for your WARM hospitality

The first half of our stay wes perfect! Then for no apparent reason service tanked midway through our trip. Drinks weren't delivered, dinner service was horrible, then breakfast was wrong and took an hour to arrive. I know it is vacation, but with the perfect first half of the trip being so great our expectations were set rather high. Then to make matters worse, the resort hosted some sort of "Show off Day" to some travel people. They pulled out all the stops at the paying customers expense! The travel people were treated to an awesome brunch that we never saw, white table clothes, and all the pool chairs with covers and towels. I know the expense of those things, but one must think about the message that all the guests received, "we are not worthy of the extra treatment, and furthermore, our service and experience suffered because of it!" This was an expensive vacation and we left with a pretty bad taste in our mouth. It is a beautiful resort with great people, but we left feeling less than as the service declined throughout the week.

Room tip: The oceanview is a must! Swimout suites are smaller and very close to each other and small swimout areas.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to learn that you feel that half of your vacation was not proper. Please know that this is not what we look for, nor what we want our guest to experience.

We did have a familiarization group last week, and we were testing a brunch option with them, we did send an invitation to all our guest to join us for brunch via our tablets. We definetly value everyone of our guests, and we did this thinking about our inhouse guests experience.

We thank you for your time and you review, we appreciate your insights as they allow us to keep doing better, please know that our intentions were to create something new for our guests taking the opportunity of new visitors into the property. Again thank you for your feedback, and we hope you will return.

We went to Zoetry in Montego Bay September 7 through 14 to celebrate our 25th anniversary. In one word it was ... AMAZING.

we got a junior suite with a swim up, a soaking tub, and an ocean view. The view was so wonderful.

We loved the atmosphere. It was chill and relaxed - exactly what we needed. While children are allowed to come, there is not a whole lot for them to do. I think that they would be much happier some place that has more activities geared for children.

Activities:
There were activities available at the resort like watersports, and aqua aerobics. We loved the aqua aerobics. They had different musicians who came at different points. They were all wonderful.

Food:
So delicious ... all of it. Some people have complained that there is not enough variety. We did not feel that. If at any time you don't feel like going to one of the restaurants you can order room service 24 hours. Drinks were always top notch. Every morning my husband would go to the cafe and get a delicious coffee and sit by the water while I got ready for breakfast.

Service:
The service we received was unprecedented. It was personalized and fast. Someone was always checking to make sure that we were ok. They would when come up to the swim out section and brought us drinks and food there. At one point we both got burned pretty bad and Shermaine made sure we had baking soda to soak in and make pastes to apply.

People:
I dont even know where to start. The people became our family. It starts as soon as you arrive to the resort with a cold towel and "Welcome home" with a yummy mimosa. Our stress just immediately began to melt away. Our room wasnt immediately available, but Marcel took us on a tour of the property and we went to Jerky Joe's and had an amazing hallelujah plate for lunch. By the time we were done our room was ready and we were taken there to settle in.
Marcel has become a lived contact. He went out of his way to make our stay more enjoyable including setting up our room one night to help us celebrate our anniversary. (See pics).
Bar tenders were so skilled. Barbara in the polo club knew what I wanted and was always on it. Ruth Anne our server was reactive and prompt and so sweet. I will probably get the next names wrong and I apologize. Patrice, Aryanna, Tanesia were so attentive to our needs.

Spa:
Mmmmmmmmmmm we got a free foot massage and ordered a couple massage. So relaxing and heavenly. Nicole and Knachel made my husband so relaxed as this was his first massage. They made a convert of him for sure.

I feel like the sign of a great vacation is that you dont want to leave. Even better is that they dont want you to leave. I cant wait to go back.
