We had a lunch at Ti Francine, starting with the samosas (did you know there's a significant Indian community in Guadeloupe), which came out warm and crispy, served with a dipping sauce. We each had the assiette des Caraibes, which was an abundant platter of salad, smoked fish, rillettes and a fresh passion fruit. Delicious! Following our meal, the owner offered us a "rhum maison", which topped the meal off nicely. The menu also features fresh fish of several varieties, prepared in traditional Creole style, pastas and pizzas. A real value: an abundant lunch for two was 44 Euros. A warm little place, whose owner and chef are clearly proud of what they are doing. Very highly recommended.
