My wife and I spent a week at Jennys Place and it was a very pleasant experience. The property is on the beach a short walk across the lawn to the waters edge. The rooms are larger than most, clean, well furnished with high ceilings and balconies. Centrally located, a short ride from the airport, a stone's throw from transportation to the Capital, St Georges (10 minutes) or any part of the island and walking distance to shopping malls, dining and banks.

Jenny and Shaun were great hosts facilitating the many questions and requests a first time visitor has at a new destination. The atmosphere was very relaxing and laid back and a perfect melting pot to meet interesting people from around the world.

Grenada is beautiful, the people are fantastic and Jennys Place compliments the destination with warm, friendly efficient hospitality. We are already looking at a return visit to this gem in the Caribbean

Jenny's place was a great choice. The room was large and the grounds beautifull, and on a private part of Grand Anse Beach. The beachside restaurant was like having our own personal place! The staff was great and lots of fun. Jennifer and Shawn are very hospitable.

We stayed at Jenny's Place for two weeks at Easter 06. We felt at home at once due to the very friendly couple running the small hotel. There are only 5 rooms in this private hotel and we had the Hibiscus Suite on the upper floor with a magnificent view on the sea. The suite was very spacious with a stove and fridge. Very clean! The hotel is located directly at wonderful Grand Anse with a short walk to the main road. We ate at the Turning Point Diner several times and had delicious food at very reasonable prices. All our wishes were fulfilled right away and we were always helped with our expeditions on the beautiful island. It's not a hotel to dress up or where you pay for a swimming pool you won't need anyway , but it's a wonderful place to feel at home and relax. We payed 120 USD including breakfast so that's a very good price for a lovely place directly at the beach! We'll definetely go back!

My wife and I stayed at Jenny's Place on Grand Anse Beach in Grenada in February 2006. It's laid back, it's comfortable, there's always good home-cooked food and plenty to drink down by the beach, it's extraordinarily reasonable in price, it's not crowded but the other guests are all interesting and come from all over the world. Jenny and Shaun are great hosts. You don't need a car since you can get to the "city" (St. George's) easily on the bus. The Grenada Country Club is close by (it's the only golf course on the island but don't expect manicured greens) and while it's tough to walk up to the course, it's very easy to walk down from it. If you want a relaxed low-pressure getaway from life, it's just the place. If you want an air-conditioned, sterile, five-star resort, then walk down the beach, pay a lot more, have a lot less fun and meet more boring people.
