The hotel overlooks the runway of the airport, behind which you can see the ocean. The view is not too bad and the fact that very few planes land at the airport means that noise is not a problem.
The hotel itself is basic but clean. The room came with AC and a bathroom with shower, but no bath. There was an old TV in there, but to be honest I never even tried turning it on. The wifi was decent.
There is not much around the hotel, it's about a mile or so walk to the airport and about the same or slightly more to the nearest decent restaurants, shops and bars.
The number 1 bus picks up from right outside the hotel and that will take you to the main beach or the capital for no more than 2.50 EC.
Also for the price you could probably find something better. I stayed here for a few nights and then found a guest house with similar facilities (slightly bigger room and better view - of Grand Anse beach ) for $60 a night just by word of mouth.
Overall I would say it is a nice hotel, but slightly overpriced when compared to what else you can get in Grenada.More
