We ate two dinners at Nutmeg because of its great location and excellent service. The first night we had grilled Mahi-Mahi which was very nicely prepared. The second evening we had soup and fish roti. The soup was very tasty but we thought the roti was a bit dry. Overall, Nutmeg provides good value. We recommend it.

Nutmeg is definitely worth going for the view and having a drink where the restaurant is on the second floor with open dining room and view of the harbor. We even had some free entertainment from a steel band on the cruise ship that was in port. I had fish and chips. Both fish and chips were on the soggy side. My partner had the tuna salad which was a nice diversion from the expected canned tuna drenched in mayonnaise. The fish was grilled and lightly dressed so pretty tasty. Staff was friendly. It certainly wasn't a bad meal but out of the places I've tried in Grenads, the food here just doesn't stand out.

On our visit a lot of things were 'off' the menu, which was disappointing. We had Lambies Creole (Lambies are conches) and they were good.Service was only OK.

We returned to this restaurant several times during our stay. The food and service was excellent, with views out over the harbour. Extremely good value and friendly service.

Some years ago this was the restaurant to go to in St Georges, Grenada. We returned hoping it hadn't changed but it had. The service was still friendly and the food was still reasonably priced but the quality was not as good as it used to be. Don't get me wrong, the food was still good, just not what it was back in the early 2000s. The people at the next table seemed to be really enjoying their chicken wings and our fishcakes were good and spicy but the main courses were a little uninspired.

The location on the first floor of a building on the Carenage means that you have good views of the fishing boats and their speedy (!) unloading of their catch.

I'm a bit torn on Nutmeg, I want to still love it but I just couldn't. With a bit of TLC this could be, once again, the place it once was.
