    The hotel is placed in the embassy areas, nice and bright .
    the breakfast experience is essencial but with a good variety and quality of food.
    Room are very spacious and a balcony , make you feel even more confortable and free.
    Unfortunately, even if the premise was very good....sometimes the disorganization take control; we had few problem with water service in the room, problem with the local internet cards, problem with hot water and room conditioning....apart from this the lounge bar is open 24h and a nice and clean swimming pool make us feel very welcome.

    We spend 2 nights at this location in October. The grounds were what I would expect of a Sheraton, clean, modern rooms, very nice pool. There was a bar poolside that was closed and empty. Lucky for us we had brought drinks and snacks with us. The restaurant in the front lobby basically served penne or ham and cheese sandwiches. We tried both, the portions were small and laughable. The breakfast buffet was horrible, no beyond horrible. The food combinations in the buffet trays were not fit to feed the farm animals. We were able to get a ham and cheese omlette and toast. They asked me if I wanted 1 egg per omlete? Umm, no! There were zero Cuban food selection, nor did they offer Cuban coffee, it was a disaster. There is a nice restaurant across the street from the hotel that had delicious food, we discovered it our last night. If I had to go back to Havana I would look for better options.

    I work for the hotel business so I know how hard is to keep a hotel clean and up to date. The hotel is undergoing a renovation, and where is done it will be very nice. The staff is very nice and helpful. The AC was not working in my room and they switched rooms right away. Restaurant was wonderful! Arroz con pollo! The best! Pool was clean. Lobby area needs attention. but like I said before, they are renovating. Thank you for everything and keep up the good work!

    The reception service was either very good or very poor depending on which receptionist you dealt with. The bar staff were very friendly and helpful. The service at breakfast dining was quite poor with the exception of the final morning when everyone seemed to be motivated to do their job and an increase on available waiters too. The selection of food was extensive and very good and the service of an egg chef was ideal.
    The room location and size were excellent with a fabulous terrace but not a chair nor table in sight in which to enjoy the view over the lovely gardens and park. The pool area is very attractive although in need of repair and new paint.
    The coffee machine was cracked and not useable and there was only the option of decaffeinated coffee. There were no glasses although there was a refrigerator. Not quality room services.
    The service of a shuttle bus into and out of Old Havana was a plus.
    The room and the hotel are in need of an extreme makeover. This was once a grand property and should be again.

    It is the most dirty hotel I ever stayed. Food and drinks in restaurant- expensive and awful taste. Was a nice hotel but poor management. Nothing to do with 5stars. Maybe 2 . Breakfast was nor nice or good. Friends found expired butter due to being kept in direct sun. Lobby not bad but as you get to any floor you find dirty carpets right from moment you get out elevator. Sorry for the potential of such hotel.
