I have a very bad experience in the front desk with the manager Janine. They couldn't find my reservation and she kept being rude. It seems that the basic knowledge of client/customer - hotel relations were not taught to this lady. The company that I reserved called and she was still being rude. To happen this kind of things in a chain of hotel as radisson, it is unacceptable

Get an ocean view or oceanfront, the view is worth the extra. The water/waves are calm, clean, and picturesque. Convenient onsite restaurant on the beach with fair pricing and delicious food. There's a kiddie pool on the opposite side of the adult pool. The beach here is good and I also take the underpass by the restaurant and walk (about 5 mins) to Carlise Bay, where they're chair/umbrella rentals and street vendors in parking lot for drinks and food, bring towels.

I went to Barbados with 12 of my friends and family, I suggested the Radisson Aquatic Resort because I have stayed their long time ago and it was pretty okay. This time it was a horrible stay at this hotel, the staff was wonderful dealing with the issues the building have. Outdated rooms, air conditioner not cooling and leaking fluid, crates of empty beer bottles near the pools and rats running around by the pool.
