I have been going to Aruba for close to 15 years now. My family had a timeshare in the Costa Linda since I was a kid. Aruba itself has changed a great deal. Larger hotel chains building bigger hotels than the one next to it. Shopping complexes. New restaurants. Hotels and building built off the beach which was never the case 10 years ago.
Through all this though the Costa Linda has stayed true to what had made it a great hotel. Beautiful grounds, family friendly and exceptional service. When I was a kid I would participate in all the kids activities offered at the hotel. The coordinator of all these events was Sandra. Even after not being able to go to Aruba with my family because of work Sandra still remembered me and my family even though it had been 5 years since I has been there. She is truly amazing and shows how great the service here can be.
The hotel has done a great job updating their rooms to keep up with the times while staying quiet and quaint away from the mega hotels way down the beach, which might be its only con. It is far away from the now bustling town down the beach by the Hyatt, Marriott and other hotels.
All in all it is a great place to stay for fun and relaxtion.More
