We were absolutely blown away with the flavors, setting, and overall experience. The food and staff were incredible. We have the 5 course tasting menu, and opted for the wine pairing. We can't wait to return in the future.

Four of us had dinner at the restaurant. The restaurant is somewhat difficult to find, far from the high-rise hotels. It is a fairly large building, with plenty of space between tables.
Out of the four dinner entries gnocchi ($26) was excellent, I had pasta in a truffle sauce, which was plentiful and quite tasty, if somewhat difficult to taste the truffles. I also had gorgonzola salad, nice if the portion was somewhat small. The only problem dish was ribeye which was apparently almost inedible . The chef agreed and apologized. The restaurant compensated by giving free deserts. To my mind the lemon pie was the best. All in all, the food (with one dish excepted) was very good. The price (as mostly in Aruba) was on the high side

We were there this evening for the first time and I am sure when we come back to Aruba we will go back there. They had just opened their outside patio and we were the first ones this evening to sit out and enjoy our evening meal. The service and attentiveness was great and everyone was very friendly. The food was awesome and honestly they had the best gluten free bun and butter! I had the Ceviche as a starter and my husband had the Scallop with watermelon starter, both were excellent. I had the "fish of the day" and my husband had the European Sea Bass and both were delicious. We would definitely recommend this restaurant!

Based on several reviews, we decided to try this restaurant, and it did not disappoint! First off, the Watermelon Cooler cocktail wasn't on the menu, but it's a must. If I hadn't read about, I wouldn't have known. The place is a gem. Hidden away on a side street in town, it's cozy, arty and delicious. The service is terrific as well. I had the pork belly app and Mahi Mahi entree. Both absolutely delicious. It's kind of a small place, so reservations are suggested. A must-try!

Following in the foot steps of Carte Blanche, this is now easily one of our favorite restaurants in Aruba.

My wife and I ate at Wilhemina years after eating at Carte Blanche and were not disappointed. We went with the 5 course set menu similar to that of CB, only we knew what we were getting, and had the wine pairing as well.

All of our courses were superbly prepared and presented. Our waitress was very accommodating and had a very good knowledge of the courses and wine she was serving.

Overall a fantastic experience well worth the money if you aren't watching pennies.. to be honest price was not far off similar type restaurants on the island..

Fun new spot next door to Maroc and as we understand it to the new location for Carte Blanche..

See you next time..

Thank Brady M
