We stayed for 2 weeks from the 2nd October, when we arrived it had the wow factor lovely lobby bright and airy check in was fast and was shown to our room. We had a handicapped room 1117 on floor 1 (i'm a wheelchair user), it was huge certainly well equipt for a disabled person and the balcony was the biggest we have had. The maids came in everyday to clean, but very hit and miss.

The grounds was well maintained and well thought out,the beach bar was nice to sit at looking over the bay, and the jetty was was lovely. The pool was massive and at the beach end was where the entertainment and pool games was held,we stayed at the other end where it was peaceful and chilled out. We entered a couple of times for the darts which was fun.

The staff all was very helpful and very happy in there work, always waving or saying hello, some reviews says there are rude it certainly was not like that some people should engage with the staff. The Guest relations manager Berrak was the best GR we have come across on our travels and thanks for all your help.

Now the food, there was plenty of choice and even bacon or sausage for breakfast !. The food was lukewarm which was disappointing, other guests did remark on this and other reviews. Basically just needs turning up 5c and better training for the chefs so it doesn't dry up (i'm a trained chef).

Now the Disabled persons view, the hotel is very flat and easy access for a wheelchair user. As i said earlier the rooms of which there only 2 are great. The restaurant will reserve tables for you at the front for easy access, but on our visit other guest just sat on them, more staff training needed. The really annoying thing is there are no disabled toilets on the ground floor or outside near the pools or beach areas, this needs sorting out ASAP. The only disabled toilets are on lobby level 1 near the ala cartes and 1 next to the lobby bar, which is a bind if your at the pool.

Overall we really enjoined this holiday and hotel, and we will be returning next year and met some wonderful friends, i just hope they will build a disabled toilet near the pool and it will be perfect.

See you next year.

Room Tip: The disabled rooms are on level 1

We stayed here as a family for 7 nights. It was, all in all, a wonderful resort.

*Food*
It was an all inclusive package but I didn’t enjoy the food. It was very bland and basic. Nothing like the type of authentic cuisine I was expecting. However, the snack hut was very good though, the pizza, Donner meat and chips always went down well. There are jacket potatoes available - a safe bet! THE ICE CREAM was amazing, I would go for at least 3 cups a day.

*Activities*
The animation team were great. Provided lots of entertainment, and our favourite was Romeo. We attended a few of the morning exercise classes which were lots of fun and very energising. Pool area was generally clean and safe to use.

*Rooms*
All rooms face out on to the sea and the pool. Beautiful views and always lovely to wake up to.
Rooms were cleaned daily but nothing spectacular: towels replaced, beds made, bathrooms cleaned. The bathroom was a tad bit smelly as there was no fan extractor, nor windows. We had to buy air freshener from the local supermarket to make it bearable.

*Staff*
All of the staff were great, always happy to help. Some of them are better skilled at speaking languages like Russian and German so not always English friendly.

If you’re looking for a stress-free, family friendly holiday, this is a great pick. But packs snacks!

Delayed review as didn't get around to it after our trip in June of this year. Holiday started really well with an upgrade to a family room which was a real bonus. All rooms offer a fantastic view so not sure it matters which part of the hotel you stay in. Beach still as beautiful as it was in 2016 and all the bar staff at the lobby bar were fantastic, they do long hours with often rude customers but they've always got a smile for people who are polite! Wrote a longer review last year and mostly the hotel was just as good, the disappointment was at the buffet restaurant in the evenings. 2016 - steaks, outdoor barbeque cooking, loads of variety and always something delicious to eat. 2017 - chicken. Lots of chicken. No outdoor barbeque station, little variety of luke warm food, going to dinner almost turned into a chore, not sure what has changed but we even skipped dinner twice and went elsewhere. Hotel looks amazing, spotlessly clean and staff are great but unfortunately the food lets it down badly. We spoke to lots of return guests who all passed comment on the poor choice of food, they really need to do better if they want people to keep going back. Would I go back - yes - but I'd rake a bit more spending money and eat out a few more times!

Room Tip: all rooms have a fantastic view - lower floors are better as you struggle to get in a lift at meal times

My friend and I went for 2wks in September and it is a really lovely hotel. We were a bit concerned as with all reviews there were a lot of bad ones. I really don't know what people expect but this was a lovely place. I had emailed several times as my friend is disabled and they couldn't have been more helpful. People complained about communication with the reception staff but we found them lovely and helpful at all times and if language got a little awkward we just laughed through it. (You're on holiday for goodness sake!) Anyway, all the staff were great & helpful at all times and they work very hard.
There is plenty of food at every meal time and great snacks for in between. Drinks are VERY strong. Rooms are fine and kept lovely and clean. We stayed in room 2017 on 7th floor, right in the middle of the bowl. Beautiful views but then I think the hotel has been very well thought out as every room has pool & sea views with some amazing sunrises. The pool is amazing although I think they should have steps to walk in, there is one steep step. The beach is lovely.
Now, Fatboy from the Spa. A lot of people have raved about him but I didn't think that much. Yes he's a nice guy but he's there to make the money, which he does very well. I did enjoy the massage very much but wouldn't be bothered about another Turkish Bath!! That's all I will say on that.
The Entertainment, these kids work very hard and are very attentive and chatty everyday, even if you don't wish to join in with the sports. Mario (the boss of the entertainment aparently?) We actually saw him on the stage twice in the whole 2wks. The only other time he was on show was prancing, yes prancing around the pool!!! Romeo, Chicco, Sky and all the others are the real stars. They are great kids and don't stop.
This was our first visit to Turkey and if they could put this hotel in a livelier part I would go back again & again. The dolmus is quite an experience and fun, it will take you into Altinkum. Pinnochios restaurant in Altinkum is a great place with a fab atmosphere, along the beach front, the food is fab and the cocktails fantastic!!!

Seven of us came here on a family holiday, celebrating my 22nd birthday and my grandmas 80th birthday. We visited in august so expected it to be very busy .

pros
-massive pool
-lovely to be so close to the beach
-big modern rooms and bathroom

cons
-mad rush for sunbeds, get up after 8 and there's none left
- bit overwhelming with pool games/dances/music
-basic buffet and long queues at breakfast

We wanted to go to the al la carte for my grandmas 80th but everything was fully booked so we ended up going to the fish restaurant a few days after her birthday, the views are wonderful! you can see little fish swimming in the sea and you sit at your table. As a family we love trying new food and like most cuisine's however the starter wasn't to any of our taste and I thought it was an odd combination of fishes, pulses, olives and picked vegetables. There is not a lot of choice, maybe three types of fish so if you are not big fish fan I wouldn't visit, I had the sea bream and It was beautiful! I thought it might be a bit messy with bones and head to deal with but the fish came away so easily and was lovely!

Definitely would recommend getting the dolmus to Altinkum for some shopping/meals out/exploring. Dolmus is very cheap but expect to be a bit squished haha!
