We just got back from a visit from Tobago and the last day we stopped in for lunch at Shore Things Cafe. This was a cute little store with a little restaurant in the back. We started with fresh juices which were so amazing and yummy. I had a guava and my husband the sorrel. The Sorrel was amazing and tasted just like Christmas Time! I also ordered a great Tuna Salad. We were so full or we would have had their coconut cream pie, we heard it was the best! This is a must stop in Tobago, the people are so lovely and it was nice to sit in the back and watch the hummingbirds while we waited for lunch. If you like Chocolate, you can stop next store to see Jean Claude at Tobago Chocolate Delights. Next time we are in Tobago, we can't wait to stop in to Shore Things Cafe.

This is always one of our go to locations for a lunch while holidaying here. The host is top notch, perfect for bird lovers and turtle watchers. Second year in a row we saw turtles feeding in the Atlantic below the restaurant. Food is great too!

Three of us went there one day after diving on the other side of the island. it came highly recommended & I can see why. The owner is a diver herself and mentioned that she had 2 servings of lion fish that day & offered us the option of ordering it. One of our group did, and it was very good, nicely prepared. I had some other type of fish & hubby had a hamburger. Everything we had was well prepared & delicious. The setting there is amazing. I sneaked off while the others were finishing their beer & went to the chocolate shop next door. Oh, my. I did way too much damage there...but it was worth it. there are some very strange chocolates made there, but that's kinda the fun of a local hand-made chocolate shop.

While driving through Lambeau Village we spotted Sure Thing café .It was the first Saturday in the month and there was a craft market taking place . We had a walk round and ended up having breakfast which was lovely fry bake and salt fish and freshly squeezed juice. After having such a good time we told Gesile the owner we would be back for lunch during the week .We went back during the week for lunch and we were not disappointed. The food was tasty quite a good selection and it was lovely seeing the birds and hearing them sing.,and the sea view is very relaxing.Sure Thing comes fully recommend so when visiting Tobago do have it on your list. We would certainly be going back.

Don't expect modern eating surroundings, it's a sea front shack, typically Tobagian. Homemade food very well presented and tastes excellent.
Try and get a table next to the bird feeding area, the owner Geselle feeds them with sugar. You will see some very interesting birds.
