We toured on the catamaran with Captain Taina's son as the perfect tour guide with excellent English/American language skills. There were 13 onboard, which felt about half capacity.

The delicious lunch and cocktails on their private Motu (small island) and the 3 snorkeling activities delivered all they promised...we viewed large sea turtles who came close to us while being slowly towed on rope behind boat. Our stop on a shallow sand bar let us pet many big sting rays and closely view harmless sand sharks due to their expertise on getting them to circle close to us. The last stop gave detailed explanation of 7 submerged sculptures located in a small circle.

We were picked up by arranged taxi and they arranged a customized drop off for our large party staying at Hilton and arranged personal taxi for us back to Man's a resort, saving about 20 minutes. Overall, an excellent 3+ hour tour!

Such a cool snorkeling experience! Captain Taina is great and she gives some great information about the island and the fish and animals that you will see on the tour. The turtles are great, swimming with sharks and sting rays was really cool. The fact that they have their own island made it so you can have a peaceful and relaxing time after snorkeling. The poisson cru was delicious and they served kebabs as well. They were all so friendly and happy, it made it a great experience overall.

We had such a nice day with Captain Taina and her crew. Trip started snorkeling behind the boat with sea turtles, we feed rays and swam with sharks, visited an ancient statue burial site on the lagoon and ended the day with a fabulous cooking lesson and lunch on a private motu. A big reason to book this trip - it’s a small boat with personal attention to the guests. Many other tourist boats have triple the amount of guests. Not fun when you want to relax and enjoy. Our group was 8 guests and the max allowed would be 12.

Highly recommend! We thanks Taina and her lovely son for such a wonderful day!

We just did this last week. The entire package was a super hit with my wife and I and our 2 kids. Every element of the tour was perfect - the explanation of the history and culture, the swimming with turtles, stingrays, fishes, seeing them respect their Gods, the family-like lunch with fresh food on their private island. The fresh Tahitian Ceviche, the barbeque fish and chicken, fresh desert and the homemade barbeque sauce were just out of this world! Kena (Captain Taina's son) and his crew were so friendly and hospitable.

Also a shoutout to them for accommodating us within short notice due to an unfortunate change in our trip dates. If you are visiting Moorea, this must be your must-do activity people. Kids and adults will love it equally.

Thanks Lisa Corso (Tahiti Legend) for booking this for us. We know understand why this was highly recommended by you

Captain Taina brought us first to an area where he knows every turtle in the water, and then maneuvered his boat to glide us alongside in the water as one after another of these beautiful creatures swam close by. It was truly magical.

Next he took us to see beautiful underwater statues, even diving down himself to brush the sand from the statues so we could get a good look. Captain Taina explained each statues’ meaning to the Polynesian people and how the tikis came to be in the ocean.

We snorkeled amid beautiful fish and coral as colorful as an underwater garden, and Captain Taina swam with us as guide. Then suddenly two or three stingrays showed up and Captain Taina fed them and invited us to feel them.

That would have completed a perfect day for me but next we motored to a little private island owned by Captain Taina’s family, where he prepared poisson cru (Tahiti’s gift to world cuisine) and grilled swordfish for a delicious lunch.

The day’s excursion was the highlight of my trip to Tahiti.
