We stayed in two of the boutique rooms at the beginning of September 2018.

- The price was about 400$ per night per room including breakfast, about the price for 5 stars hotel in Israel. The value for money was as if we ordered a two stars hotel.

- Rude and Hostile service at reception and hotel managers.

- Horrible breakfast and dinning room from the fifties, the "luxury" dinning room we paid for was closed due to CEO decision (we didn't got a reasonable explanation).

- Poor maintenance of rooms, the towels are small as kitchen towels, no soap at the outside shower, outdoor furniture are for single person and very cheap.

- Except the amazing (NOT PRIVATE) beach, we felt like in a youths hostel.

We have been at Nachsholim hotel for a 80th birthday of my mother in law. The most terrible food I have ever tasted in a hotel. Dirty run down rooms. Not worth it! The beach is nice. Only that. Don't spend your money there!

it was my favorite vacation place for 20 years. Now they tried to make it more upscale, that can be great. However maintenance stay at hostel level.
And the service is terrible . They are rude and hostile.
Absolute mood killer

We decided that while we are in Israel, we might as well visit the beach. We had chosen Nahshloim due to it's beautiful beaches. We booked 2 rooms. One to house 3 of us (which includes me) and one for my parents. Upon arrival we had noticed many things are broken. The Phone, The bathroom lock (which is important if you value privacy due to the large glass window in the bathroom facing the bedroom) and the biggest problem, the plumbing. There was this constant dripping noise eminating from the bathtub which drove us all crazy. The biggest problem of it all was the shower. Somehow no matter how long you showered, the whole bathroom would flood. Not some tiny puddle either. The whole floor would be soaked to the point where your foot would be enveloped in water. The front desk said there was nothing they can do for any of our problems. I can't tell you the amount of times I slipped. Also, when we asked the cleaning staff to help us out. They were kinda obnoxious about it. They overall weren't the friendliest around.

Other then that though I will give them credit. The location is gorgeous. The beach is not a private one and is shared with the Nahsholim public beach. The 2 restaurants offered are an Italian and a meet buffet. They were ok. Not great but good enough for a quick inexpensive bite.

Oh and one more thing. If the hotel reads this can you please fix your flags. Your Czech flag is upside down and that's really disrespectful.

We are just back from a 3 day break at the hotel in the boutique including half board.
The room was a pleasant surprise. A small swimming pool which we used thru out the stay. A lovely porch and one of the best beaches in Israel. The food was good and the service great. I know there have been mixed reviews, but we loved the place.
