This was "real Spain", opposite to the Mediterranean. The hosts were fantastic, helpful to pointing out interesting places nearby. But what we found most interesting was just the little city itself, - and by staying at Hotel La Morada you are just around the corner from Plaza Major.

Very friendly owners. Room large and comfortable. No coffee or breakfast offered in hotel and not much in the way of getting a cup of coffee on a Friday morning at 10AM.
We were given a map with sites to see but it is very cryptic and no explanation of what
you are looking at-poor. The main square is beautiful and the Don Quixote stature cleaver but other than that not much. The windmills in the area are interesting and La Mancha is open and wonderful and the large wine vessels interesting.

Thank you so much for having stayed at our little hotel. We hope that the next time you come for these lands stay in them longer, you will see how much there is to see and enjoy. We are happy to have a good memory of La Mancha. Many thanks again and receive our greeting.

We stayed in this charming hotel hidden in the depths of La Mancha whilst driving from the West of Spain to the Valencia region. We found the owners friendly and willing to give us advice on exploring this historic little town and would recommend the hotel to anyone wanting to visit the town and stay in a building over 500 years old. We would stay there again if in the region.

Thank you very much for your words Martin. We are so glad that your visit to La Morada and Villanueva de los Infantes has been a pleasant surprise. The truth is that all of Spain is a pleasant and continuous surprise. Thank you.

This is a very lovely, traditional hotel with the probably most passionate hosts. The building and its interior fits its location, the historic center of Villanueva de los infantes. Everything is well maintained, decor is very detailed and authentic. A place where you must stay if you are traveling within that region!

Friendly and accommodating couple who went out of their way to make our stay special. We had a sherry and biscuits welcome and plenty of advice on what to do and how to get there. We booked a superior room which had a side on view of the main square and was lovely. Quaint and traditional with plenty of room. Highly recommend this hotel. There is an ancient well in the entrance too x
