Stayed here for two nights and was impressed. Check in was quick given that there was a long queue. The rooms were large and from what I seen, all had great views.

Didnt eat in the restaurant but the breakfast buffet was great with a huge selection.

Would recommend for those looking to stay in the Yokohama Bay area.

Check in was super ,vey impressive and courteous.
Was staying in a corner suite over looking the bay .was so disappointed when there was no water left in the room the second day and when called said it’s only given first day .we pay Same price for all 4 days and it was not cheap as it was during the World Cup rugby semi finals . 2 bottles is not going to kill them . Very disappointed. Also no coffee in the room only tea .
The housekeeping staff had not cleaned the morning cups . Was vey surprised. .
Stayed in the best of hotels and this is not accepted .

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights having just arrived into Japan for the RWC. First impressions were as expected - a large modern hotel in a good location, though probably more aimed at business travellers than tourists. The service was fine, the hotel very clean and the room a very good size in terms of what I'd heard about Japanese bedrooms (better than I've since experienced in Tokyo). I booked a superior room so I guess this was expected.
Location is good as it's part of a large shopping complex and next to some good areas for eating. A very short walk to the metro, literally metres, and a slightly longer walk to the bars and other shops within Minato Mirai.
A really clean and vibrant area, allowing access to other Yokohama areas within minutes. Can't fault it really.

We came for the rugby and for that was very well located as it is close to the fan zone. Think it is located in the CBD. A decent distance from where everything is happening next to yokohaama station. The hotel could do with some updating but otherwise nothing wrong with it. I would come back and stay based on the hotel cleanliness etc. The area I am not 100% sure.

I was booked into this hotel for a convention at the adjacent Pacifico convention center, but also wanted to meet friends. This was a great location, as the hotel was part of a big complex of the convention center and the Queen's shopping mall. It was also a short walk from the Cup Noodle Museum and the historic red brick warehouses (akarenga and now a small mall with boutique restaurants and shops). It is also near Sakuragi-cho and the Minato Mirai train station is within the Queen's shopping complex. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with minibar, minifridge, hot water pot, comfortable and spacious bathroom. Internet was excellent as was the service. We did not eat breakfast there, but took advantage of the food courts, cafes, shops and convenience stores in the Queen's mall which were all a short walk away (like going to a hotel restaurant or gift shop within a typical Las Vegas hotel, if that gives you a sense of the proximity and convenience). The only down side is that it seems to be a popular hotel for both families and meeting goers, so it can get crazy, but the staff seem to have it under control! Oh, and the hotel seems to offer a 'Handy phone' service, which is basically a smart phone with data that you are welcome to use both on and off site while you stay at the hotel. The Handy phone offers useful suggestions for touring and eating, plus the usual features of a smart phone such as mapping, messaging service and phone (but no SMS).
