This hotel is closed to Cosmo World. Its room is spacious. Though it is old but still clean and comfortable. We can see bay view and big clock from our window. It is located in the center of shopping building. Very good place for family with kids.

Good location with good shoping nearby. Lovely view. Attentive staff. Facilities more than satisfactory. Was there for a conference at a neighbouring hotel which led to confusing access. Nice food and good bus connections.

Spacious Room - Executive Twin Park View, Non Smoking, Free Wifi, helpful staff- stayed 3 nights and loved every minute of it!! Great location too, large shopping Mall (Queen's Square) adjacent and easy to access. Access from this mall also to the Minatomirai Station for train services. Would definately stay here again!!

This hotel is located near the Minatomirai station, adjacent to Queen’s Square and just opposite the Pacifico Yokohama Convention Center. Mark is & Landmark Plaza (malls) are also near. The hotel offers a Handy phone that you can use outside the hotel while exploring. It has so many features but was not aware of it so use of the Handy was not maximized. They clean the room & give you supplies when you want it however, water is only given once on the first day. There is no refill or no new water bottles. Breakfast has limited choices and the same everyday. I liked the grilled salmon so I ate it everyday anyway. Hopefully they change breakfast choices, may be every other day?

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Great location with great view of Yokohama Bay. We paid extra ¥3,000 to change to Bay View room and it’s worth every penny of it.
Short walk to Landmark plaza and right on Queen Square. If you have kids, the ferris wheel and rides are right in front of the hotel.
Will stay again.
