This hotel is located near the Minatomirai station, adjacent to Queen’s Square and just opposite the Pacifico Yokohama Convention Center. Mark is & Landmark Plaza (malls) are also near. The hotel offers a Handy phone that you can use outside the hotel while exploring. It has so many features but was not aware of it so use of the Handy was not maximized. They clean the room & give you supplies when you want it however, water is only given once on the first day. There is no refill or no new water bottles. Breakfast has limited choices and the same everyday. I liked the grilled salmon so I ate it everyday anyway. Hopefully they change breakfast choices, may be every other day?

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Great location with great view of Yokohama Bay. We paid extra ¥3,000 to change to Bay View room and it’s worth every penny of it.
Short walk to Landmark plaza and right on Queen Square. If you have kids, the ferris wheel and rides are right in front of the hotel.
Will stay again.
