Description: 『 Let's enjoy fishing 』 Fished by yourself is an exceptional taste. Still eat fish fishermen landed on the ship! It is a restaurant you can experience such presence! If you catch the fish yourself, it's cheaper!? We can fish for our own fish and eat it fresh at a discount price. We hope you will use this system to enjoy fishing and eating fresh, flavorful fish!

This is a unique restaurant because you get to catch your own fish. There is an option to just purchase the fish but since you have the opportunity, why not. When we arrived, the host gave us some bait and showed us where the poles are located.

There are several ponds so you need to chose which one you will fish in (based on what type of fish you want to eat). It took us around 5 to 10 minutes to finally get a bite. Once you do, there's a net to bring in the fish. The restaurant staff will then unhook it and give you a photo opportunity and then ask you how you want the fish prepared (sashimi, fried, etc).

The fish itself was pretty good, obviously very fresh. We ended up catching Sea Bream and had them fried. Our friends had their sashimi and fried. For sashimi, the restaurant uses the entire fish as part of the display (and the mouth and fins were still moving a bit)!

Overall, a very unique experience and I would recommend trying it once.

This is a cool place to have dinner, where you eat what you catch. Some are easier to catch than others and it gets busy at times. No catching during lunch which is a bummer but for dinner is fine. We caught the sea bream and a flounder and had it done two different ways for each fish. Very tasty very good.

A fun time for the family. Fish were large and not too hard to catch. The fish were well prepared. Staff helpful even when we accidentally caught the pet shark.

Ok... food wise is good. The price is not bad, and it’s cheaper if you “fish” your own fish. The cooked food are uninspiring, but the raw stuff is really amazing, especially the abalone. Well, since you did just yank the the fish out of the tank, there is no doubt that the fish will be fresh. That being said, it depends on your thought about yanking your own fish out of the tank. Notice I did put “fish” in quotes, this is because the hook is not a normal fish hook, and you are basically just trying to get a hook under a fish and yanking it out of the tank; no matter where the hook lands. After about 10 tries, I thought it was real cruel, and by the 50’th time, I just gave the waiter a mean look and he came over to help me “hook” the fish. So, if you don’t mind that, food is great. If you do, get someone else to do your dirty work.

Went here last night and got lucky because someone cancelled their reservation.

We were surprise that they are already fully booked till the 29th of December! Didn't bother to ask the following days as we will only stay in tokyo till 29th.

Sea bream is their best seller. You can choose 2 diffrent type of dish on how you want your fish to be prepare.

Me, I chose sashimi and Grilled with salt. If you want to make it sushi, you need to pay 50 yen a piece.

The staff will ask you if you want to make the miso soup from your bone fish. It will only cost you 180 yen.

Staff are friendly and some of them can speak english, so no worries for those who don't know how to speak japanese like us!

Will definitely recommend this place. DONT FORGET TO BOOK IN ADVANCE!
