This is a unique restaurant because you get to catch your own fish. There is an option to just purchase the fish but since you have the opportunity, why not. When we arrived, the host gave us some bait and showed us where the poles are located.
There are several ponds so you need to chose which one you will fish in (based on what type of fish you want to eat). It took us around 5 to 10 minutes to finally get a bite. Once you do, there's a net to bring in the fish. The restaurant staff will then unhook it and give you a photo opportunity and then ask you how you want the fish prepared (sashimi, fried, etc).
The fish itself was pretty good, obviously very fresh. We ended up catching Sea Bream and had them fried. Our friends had their sashimi and fried. For sashimi, the restaurant uses the entire fish as part of the display (and the mouth and fins were still moving a bit)!
Overall, a very unique experience and I would recommend trying it once.
