The hotel in located at the heart of Shinjuku. Close to,station and all the shopping and restaurant areas. Staff was cordial and nice. Rooms were good and clean and all the amenities were available. Close to Robot restaurant and many nightclubs. The day we did not want our rooms to be cleaned the staff were considerate to keep extra towels and other things in a bag at our door for use.

Good hotel not fancy but has everything needed and seems to not be too many staying here. It is in the middle of everything in Shinjuku which is amazing!! Excellent location I think the best in all of Tokyo! And for a decent cost too. Would recommend if you don’t need a 5 star hotel.

great location in the very busy kabukicho, however i did not feel unsafe even alone. Room was bigger than I imagine and have everything I need. bed is soft. reception and café smell smoky. Lots of shopping and food choices around almost 24 h.

Room tip: the rooms I had have windows that could be opened. very good to get some fresh air.

Booked a triple room in this hotel for 2 nights. Despite its infamous location (close proximity to the red light district), it remains as a decent hotel with very good service and clean rooms.
Location nearby is littered with many small eateries and bars. It is also a short walk from the Shinjuku Station with lots of shopping and amenities.

Space was a little limited for a room of 3 but it’s still spacious enough with nice Japanese hospitality in it.
The only bug bear is the 4pm check in time which is a little unbearable after a Long flight but otherwise it’s manageable!

Hotel is quite nice and has everything a hotel suppose to have. Not sure if they gave me the correct room (505) but the bed was rather small for 2 person. The soap and shampoo provided was better than other countries hotel that I have been to. Not sure if it is norm in Japan. Neighbourhood was rather seedy which has many nightlife. Quite a bit distance to JR shinjuku station. (10 to 15 minutes walk) Staff cannot speak much English but I guess they can understand some. Wifi speed was good. Able to stream youtube video with no problems.
