No closet, no nothing. Just some hangers into the open room, but who cares when the room is not bigger than a closet. TV wirhout any international channels on their 16' screen. Rooms like 3x4 m2 , Checkout at 10 am !!!, breakfast more than basic ,just a coffee,a croissant and a loveless salad. "Orangejuice? Pay for it."
Japanese Business Hotel for the cheap company that puts their executives in a shoebox. By no way a hotel for families on vacation.
Where do those high ratings come from? Have those people been in real hotels before?
This is no way more than a 2 stars, even with my highest benevolence.
The hotel is not worth more than 50us. If one gets it at that rate ok, anything higher ?
Positive things? Wifi is fast, the hotel is directly 100 yards away from the Metro Station.
The Villa Fontaine just next to this one is far better at the same price. I won't come back.
By the way,the staff was very polite and nice, but that doesn't help the crowded guests :)

Room Tip: Pay 25 us more for a real hotel. Seriously.

The hotel has a very convenient location not far from metro station Kaybacho and only 15 minutes walk from Tokyo Station. The rooms are small, but with very good facilities. The breakfast is very basic and every day You will have the same two options. I "d be recommended this property for short stay.

Typical Japanese business men's hotel.

Small, clean and efficient. Would struggle for two people in these rooms, small double bed; not sure where you could put 2 suitcases. Perfect for single travellers.
Water pressure was average. No English speaking television stations. No problems with lifts, and staff were very friendly and helpful.
Basic breakfast of coffee, toast, boiled egg (cold) and salad, but very nice.
Strict check-in and check-out times.
Very close to subway, exit number 7, or exit number 3 if you like Starbucks before retiring.
Overall good hotel for the price.

Room Tip: All the same.

We spent just a night, use the train or taxi to get there, don't walk relying on google map, you might get lost (just like us). It's late that I realized that taking the train is much better. Well the hotel is really ok, served simple breakfast, they provided towels and toiletries, got clean rooms, and accommodating staff...what more can I ask for for that so reasonable price.

Location is about a 15 min walk from Tokyo station, however there is a subway line directly outside the hotel. Included breakfast is simple but enough to get the day started. Rooms are very small, but adequate and good value for the price paid. Bed was comfortable and not too hard. Good choice of included amenities and friendly staff that spoke english!
