Located near the railway station, this is a good hotel for a short stay. While the hotel looks big, the rooms are compact. We didn't try the breakfast since there are other options nearby. Also close by are various place es to shop.

My husband and I chose the Grace Hotel based on reviews, however, upon arriving, we realised it is definitely not in a 'tourist' area but rather a business district. The hotel room was one of the smallest we encountered whilst in Japan - two people couldn't pass each other in the room. The only plus for this hotel was the Shin-Yokohama station located beside it. If you are in Yokohama prior to embarking on a cruise, do not stay at this hotel as it is a long way from the cruise terminal. A taxi cost us approx AUS$40.

Room tip: Rooms are cramped with too much unnecessary furniture.

Excellent location for this stylish hotel: the buses from Haneda Airport come into the Shin-Yokohama Prince Hotel right next door and you can walk thru the Prince, out the back door, cross the road into the Gracery. The JR station is just a few steps away and the Yokohama Arena is 5 minutes on a raised walkway. We had a Superior Family room on the 14th floor with a big pull out sofa-bed, plus two singles. Only slight disappointment was the breakfast....there is nicer bread in the bakery in the Prince basement floor.

The Grace Hotel is situated right outside the station for the Shinkansen(bullet train) and JR railway lines. It is a beautiful place with lovey helpful staff. The rooms are very small by western standards but they have all you need. There is a restaurant but there are plenty of places right outside the door. I intended booking the Prince Hotel where I stayed before at half the price the Grace was equally as good. I will return.

Room tip: Make sure its a double. Rooms are small but who stays in their room.

The hotel is located just stone throw distance from Shinkansen station.

Hotel is good, neat and clean, and with convenient rooms. Rooms are little small like any other hotel in Japan but comfortable.

Hotel staff are good in service and English also. Convenient hotel with easy access to transport.
