Stayed 7 nights. Good location to explore around Sapporo. However 15 min walk to Sapporo bus station if consider day trips outside Sapporo city.
Room was cosy, clean & warm in the bitter cold. Helpful & friendly staff.

Just next to the Tanukikoji shopping arcade (with tourist info center)

Direct access from underground shopping mall.

Airport bus across the street (going to airport only) was convenient.

Need I say more?

Happy with the cleanliness, location and customer service. Room a little small but that's typical for most hotel in Japan cities. No sweat in getting foods nearby.

Located in Tanukikoji Shopping Street and easy access to Pole Town shopping tunnel. Walk to Sapporo train station take 20~30 mins.

Shuttle bus to New Chitose Airport pick you up as early as 5.30am right across the street, pay 1030yen or you can use Suica/Pasmo card for Chuo Bus.

Room Tip: Go for twin bed as its slightly bigger.

Right next to the Tanukikoji shopping street and lots of food options around. Via the underground shopping street will take about 8mins walk to get to the Odori station, all under the shelter which helped to save a lot of effort instead of trying to tow our luggages across the thick snow.

We were travelling in wheelchair and managed to request for the accessible room, and it was huge! 2 bathrooms - a normal one and one another with accessible toilet and bathtub. The accessible toilet had a much deeper tub so it was really comfortable for my husband to transfer in and out of his wheelchair.

The beds however were too soft for our liking. The room didn’t have any air conditioning and it got pretty stuffy during our stay. Had to open the windows to let some of the cold air in. Overall still a very pleasant stay and may consider returning if we visit Sapporo again!

Conveniently located in between Odori and Susukini Station. Can directly access the hotel through the underground shopping mall and the sheltered mall to the hotel entrance, great on a hot, rainy or snowy day. Abundance choices of convenient shops, restaurants, shopping centre, even a family mart in the hotel. Hotel is clean and room is big enough with 3 beds. However, this hotel is not served by JR trains. Would stay in this hotel again.

Stayed at this hotel for 6 days. Very convenient location as there is a 24 hour family mart across the lobby and very convenient to go to tanukikoji shopping arcade. Staff were polite and tried their best to communicate in English. Rooms were spacious and clean and also had many Wi-Fi spots around entire hotel. Vending machines for drinks are stationed at almost every floor. Do look at the notice in the lift to see which floor sells which drinks. If not look at the vending machine to see which floor sell which drinks. For airport bus, have to go to lobby and check their timetable and buy the ticket on the day that you are leaving itself. Chinese restaurant at 2nd floor was OK. But honestly, I rather just go out to tanukikoji to explore the foods there. Overall a great stay and strongly recommended.
