The hotel is well situated just south of the Imperial Palace along a street of boutique and neighbourhood shops and restaurants, about 20 minutes north of the railway station. Everything about the hotel is stylish, some parts light and airy and some parts a little dim. The restaurant food is beautifully presented and the roof terrace bar a pleasant place to wile away an evening. The bedroom (203) was spacious, well-stocked and comfortable, although the view overlooks another building. The staff were helpful and typically courteous.
The charmlessness is hard to define, and is an entirely personal reaction. That said I can happily recommend the hotel.

A Boutique hotel with around 13 rooms if I am not mistaken the number of rooms. Every room has their own interior and style. Very clean and quiet hotel. Staff are helpful and very friendly too and the amenities they provide are in super good quality!

Stayed here 5 nights- this is exactly what Boutique hotel means-it's different! The location we loved-very quiet tree lined street, easy walk to Teramachi mall-street with shopping and restaurants! Good restaurants in the street and an amazing patisserie for breakfast a few blocks down also! This hotel has 12 rooms all individual in their design and decorating by different ". Artist" The corridors are painted black-very black-like in a sixties disco! Our suite was decorated with sheer curtains-everywhere!!! Very unusual but once you get over that- The room was huge-facilities were amazing-hi fi wifi, all channels , movies ect excellent bathroom and amenities-really comfortable king size bed and for me, especially being able to open the window for fresh air was wonderful! The staff could not be more helpful! There was a restaurant-we did not do breakfast or dinner so not sure about those! Think the bathroom could have been a tiny bit cleaner on close inspection but we loved staying here-every comfort possible! Very recommended!

This is a well designed small hotel with superb modern design. Every roo is supposed to be different. Our was impeccable furnished with a mixture of Japanese style and western comfort. It has some very nice accents and was quiet. The service is exceptional and the breakfast superb. The location, in a small street next to the Imperial Palace, has less tourists and it is quiet, but it is a long walk to the center and many attractions.

Stayed there for 4 nights in two different rooms. Both different design, both excellent. Conveniently located close to Teramachi market and behind the Imperial Palace. Walking distance from the Centre. Extra friendly staff, very good service. Fantastic breakfasts. Lovely champagne bar on 5th floor. Highly recommended.
