'Grim' is the word that comes to mind with this place. You are paying for the location and nothing else. There were actual rips and large holes in our bedsheets, an ant colony next to the bed, dodgy stains everywhere, and no hot water. If you are looking for a very basic roof over your head and intend to spend as little time as possible in the room, this would be a good option. For us it wasn't good value for money at all.

Would not recommend eating at the hotels restaurant either. It was probably the worst meal I've ever eaten, in 50 countries travelled. The chips were like cardboard, actually snapped in half they were so overdone or stale, and the burger was appalling, the bun crumbled in my hands immediately as it was so dry and the patty was about 5mm thick and also dry. Really it was so bad it was comical. Because of the beach location it was also insanely overpriced.

Trip highlight was staying here. Staff are great. Food is great. 4-10 Happy Hour drinks are amazing (although not unique on this beach the drinks are very good her). Beach is amazing.

Room was clean albeit slightly musty but you're 30 footsteps from beach paradise.

Went there after a disappointing breakfast in the Wifi Cafe and the ham and cheese toastie did not disappoint - it just hit the spot. The cappuccino was a little bit on the milky side but overall still very tasty. The service was good as well.

We stayed at Central Beach Inn for 3 nights, and it was good, assuming you are looking for cheap and cheerful. The rooms are small and basic, with mosquito nets. The water pressure in the bathroom was very weak and there was no hot water. But the owners and staff are very friendly and helpful. The food was very good, and the restaurant/bar was always fun. This is closer to a hostel type stay, and the music at night can get loud but it didn't keep us from sleeping well. Location is very central too, as the name suggests.

The location of this beach bar is quite nice. However the service was unacceptable. We waited ~20 mins until the staff recognized us. Another ~20 mins for drinks.... we ordered 3 times food which was not served at the same time but with 10 mins break between each dish...

Avoid this place unless you have plenty of time and patience ...
