Anu and Jenna provided an amazing experience. It was so much more than just seeing and feeding reindeer, we got to learn about the local people, their tie to the reindeer and land, and enjoy delicious soups and treats. It felt like a true cultural experience, I would highly recommend!

We took an hour long reindeer ride, then had a small talk about the reindeer and then got to feed and meet a bunch of reindeer. The staff was very friendly and eager to please. The reindeer seem happy and well cared for. The prices aren't bad. This was just an overall fun and pleasant experience. Thank you!

This winter adventure is divided into 3 parts:
Reindeer ride
We booked for a reindeer pulled sleigh, which is the most traditional and peaceful way to move through the silent Lappish nature! A sleigh is a land vehicle that slides across the surface, usually of ice or snow. This ride was slow and breathtaking.
Traditional Hut
We also gather in a warm hut to enjoy cup of hot juice with tasty cookies and our host told us about reindeer herder´s everyday life.
Open Farm Visit
Later we met the reindeer up close and fed them. We heard a lot about the life of a reindeer, reindeer herding and how reindeer survive over the cold winters.

A fairly short guided trip in a sleigh built for 2 but something that will stay with you for a long time. Because of the way in which the reindeer are tethered to the sleigh in front, at least one of you will be eyeball to eyeball with a reindeer during your trip!

Had a wonderful time at the reindeer farm. We were able to pet and feed the reindeer. Our guide Jenna gave us some interesting information and prepared us for the ride. The ride itself was magical! It’s not every day that you are able to ride a reindeer sleigh thru the gorgeous snow capped forest. After half an hour we returned and entered the warm hut where we had hot drinks and homemade pastries. Jenna then answered some questions. Thank you Jenna and everyone at the farm! Had a great time!
