Great local food and wine served in very quiet place. Good service and very pleasant surroundings. Hotel and pool at the same spot.

The beautiful view, and the most delicious meal we have eaten in Corsica. The phenomenal 5 course menu is set up from the best corsican ingredients. We totally recommend! PS. Ideal match: Casteddu (Domaine Saparale)

Only 1 night in this gorgeous place. A converted farm that has been revamped by the children of the original owners. Family-run business where they do things right. We booked the day before and took one of the last available rooms. We were close to reception in one of the original rooms, but it was still lovely. Probably the newly built rooms are more luxurious. The highlight is dinner which is included in the price of the room. Fantastic fixed menu (2 choices of starter and 2 for main). Wine not included. Absolutely could not eat it all even though every mouthful was amazing.
Don't miss the indoor/outdoor swimming pool and steam room. There is also a spa where you can book massages, facials etc. Alas did not have time.

A young woman processing my rental car insisted that I eat here as part of my southern mountain exploration. She was right. I arrived before noon and was able to tell her mother that my lack of reservation was her daughters fault, and was offered a choice of outdoor tables overlooking the beautiful grounds where gardens provide as do the animals roaming. The road up to this mountain location had curbs and water distribution engineering, and this place is a beautiful inn providing lodging too nice for my solo adventures in Corsica. Lunch was a serious display of abundance and capable execution, and the bottle of red I'd ordered was very good.
The dead pig platter was excellent, raised and cured on the property; the cannelloni with homemade cheese was delightful as were the big beans in lard sauce with grape extract dribbling; the lamb roasted perfectly with great flavors of herbs; the sheep and goat cheeses, made on site, were stunning, not to mention huge; and the savory cheesecake with grappa drizzles was uniquely great. My formerly Romanian server was excellent and friendly, and the kitchen people splendid.

Ate here for dinner and were extremely delighted with the food and the setting. If I knew the hotel looked like that I would have stayed there instead! Very traditional Corse brick & stone setting with local music playing in the background. There is only one menu but it was absolutely delicious and succulent. You get your moneys worth!! I highly recommend this restaurant.
