The hotel is conveniently located opposite the main railway terminal and bus terminal which made it ideal for getting out and about from.
We arrived at 6am and the staff could not have been more helpful.
Obviously we were to early to check in to our room...however the front desk staff completed all the paperwork for the check in, then the bell captain took our bags so we could walk out from the hotel.
Our room was good, clean and comfy.
Breakfast provided many selections and again very helpful and friendly staff.

I had a 6am train to catch and wanted to leave my luggage for hotel to store for 1 night. They refuse to do so, and one of their staff Sunny told me I had to book another night at their hotel in order to keep my luggage with them. How atrocious! She also told me it doesn't matter whether I am a frequent guest of the hotel, they just won't do it. The hotel itself mentioned on tripadvisor that they can store luggages for guest. In the end I didn't have time to find a locker to store my luggage at the train station and had to bring it with me to Hualien. Definitely won't be staying at this hotel again...thanks to Sunny!

I booked Caesar Park Taipei due to its location across the street from Taipei Main Station. It’s was very easy to get from the airport to the hotel via MTR express train, only a few stops and maybe 35-40 minutes ride. Initially when I was booking, the hotel website offered complimentary shuttles to/from hotel, but that changed when I checked closer to date and here turns out to be a charge (not sure if its due to spring break or general hotel policy change).

The staffs spoke good English and were very welcoming. The rooms were good size but really needs to be updated. The TV stand was crooked and coming out of the walls and the bathtubs were poorly caulked. AC was not as cool as I liked and couldn’t be turned cooler so I had a difficult night sleep. But other than that is it fine for a one night stay. Like many other hotels in Taipei, the hotel offers complimentary water and toothbrush/toothpaste so not need to stock up on those prior arrival.

This hotel location is very convenient with underground restaurant and shopping attached and accessible via elevator.

This hotel is a good base for a first time visitor to Taipei. Our room was clean and modern with a desk, safe, chaise lounge, and coffee/tea kettle so there is enough space for a couple and their luggage. It was also quiet even though it faced the side of the main road.

We arranged for a private car when we arrived but on our last day, we were able to check in our bags at the Airport MRT as early as 8am since we were flying home via Eva Air. Others have mentioned a flight of stairs from the MRT to get to the basement elevators of the hotel. To avoid the stairs, we went out of the front door of the hotel, turned left and used the MRT street elevator near the corner to get down to the MRT level. It is a walk to the Airport MRT but at that time, the stores were still closed so it took us a few minutes to get to Airport MRT. We then took the MRT to Taipei 101 and reached it just as it opened at 9am.

The basement of the hotel opens into a maze of shops, restaurants, and to the different MRT stations for the different lines of the MRT. On the street level, there are still more restaurants, convenience stores and even a branch of See's Chocolates from California.

Housekeeping is hit and miss (they forgot to leave a bath mat after the 1st night) but was quickly brought to our room after a call. We paid for the breakfast buffet for one day but felt it wasn't worth paying for the other days we stayed,

I would definitely stay here again and their website offers different promos.

we stayed at this hotel 2 weeks ago. The metropolitan room is ok. But the bathroom is old and has mildew on the wall. I also book the superior room for other family member. The mattress is just a spring box and very uncomfortable, bathroom only has tube and old, dirty. The price for the hotel is high and expect at least clean and comfortable. The only advantage for the hotel is location, otherwise I rate it 3 star.
