WE arrived late and left early so did not have time to enjoy the resort's facilities. It is in a lovely location with good views. The room was comfortable and clean. Staff were very helpful but with very limited English.

We spent two nights here, using it as a base to explore Alishan area. As it was Easter and Ching Ming (Tomb Sweeping) long holidays, most hotels near Alishan were fully booked, and frankly they all look awful from the photos on Tripadvisor and other sites. Therefore, we chose this hotel which is 30km away from Alishan township, at the foothills, next to a golf course.

The hotel is relatively new, and with good amenities. The only downside is it is close to nothing, and it will cost you a fair bit on transportation to get to anywhere around Chiayi and Alishan.

+ Quite new and with good facilities, big rooms too
+ Good price, as compared to some mediocre hotels up on Alishan
+ Quiet and tranquil as it is very secluded and remote (you can hear bird chirping in the morning)

- Far from everywhere. It is in no man's land

Will only recommend to either golfers, or people who self-drive, or if you don't mind quieter surroundings for a couple of days to rest and relax.

Room Tip: Get rooms facing golf course. It is quite a sight to see all the greens. If you have a room facing Alishan mountain range, it can be quite beautiful too.

I spent one night with my family in this resort hotel. It locates at the hillside of the Chiayi County, about ten minutes drive from the center of that little town. The room is well managed, spacious and clean. I love its balcony, with spctacular golf course view. Suggest to eat outside, food quality of the inhouse restaurant is disappointing.

Room Tip: Request for golf course view.
