From time of check in to check out, the staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed during my stay.
The rooms were very clean and everything was better than I ever expected. I will definitely stay here again if I'm back in Taipei More

CityInn Branch II Hotel is located at the convenient location. It is very near to the Taipei Main Station, lots of food options nearby, walking distance to night market and malls.
The hotel is very clean, provides washer, dryer and detergent at free of charge, free flow coffee, tea, drinking water and snacks all day round. There is a fridge, microwave and bread toaster at the pantry.
Sam and his staff had been very helpful. Sam provided detail information about the surrounding when we first arrived, recommended the food for us and showed us the direction to the transportation options. They also offered help to make airport transfer on the day we left.
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at CityInn and would recommend it for travellers travelling to Taipei.

Perfect location & excellent customer service. I have stayed in this hotel multiple times and this is my to-go hotel when I’m in Taipei. The receptionists are always very polite and helpful when I approached them for queries, in particularly Sam who helped me with the checked in and out. I highly recommend this hotel to those who are dropping by Taipei! :)

Excellent location near Taipei Station which is the hub of HSR, Train, Mass transit and regional buses. Take the Q Square exit. Staff are helpful and courteous. Have stayed here many times and rooms are kept in very good conditions with adequate supplies of amenities. What I like most is the free self-serve laundry and drying equipment, microwave and mini oven, and other facilities.
地理位置優越，靠近台北車站，台北車站是高鐵、火車、公共交通和區域巴士的樞紐。採取 Q 廣場出口。工作人員樂於助人且彬彬有禮。已經在這裡住過很多次了，房間條件很好，設施也很充足。我最喜歡的是免費的自助洗衣和烘乾設備，微波爐和迷你烤箱等設施。
