I was amazed by the Service that Cityinn provide, during my 1st visit in Year 17, I received video show how to get to the hotel from Taipei Main Station which have actually Impressed me already. When I reach the hotel early in the morning Dudu attended to us to process the check-in and made lots of recommendation for us to visit and just nice it was near CNY period where we got to experience the CNY street and it was so prefect weather for strolling and experiencing the CNY festival feeling. Most of his recommendation was really awesome.
Thus, this year I have decided to re-visit this city that I'm comfortable with and decided not to plan any itinerary for this trip since it's my birthday, I just want to enjoy going to places I like and eating food that comforts. I had been trying to contact the hotel staff in order to make some stuffs and Ores have been promptly replying to my emails and attending to my request.
Surprisingly that Ores and staffs have prepared a cake and hand drawn cards. This was totally unexpected and really caught me off. I was so touched by Ores as she have actually hand-drawn 3 envelops, 1 was the birthday card, follow-up a guide for us to see places that we could visit and lastly was a goodbye card with the photos taken.
There's no words for me to describe how much I like their service and my twice visit was just like going home from touring. All I could said was Thank You for making my stay in Taipei so awesome and memorable. During travel, it's always good to meet warm people it just make it so heart warming.

Good location, short walking distance to Taipei train station & Zhongshan Metro Mall, opposite 2 fast food restaurants, nearby 福珍 very nice local Braised Pork Belly on Rice (滷肉飯) & room is clean。
Will come back again.

The hotel is very clean and quiet, closed to the down town and the Taipei Train Station. The price is good. For me, everything is convenient and prefect

The pros:
Centralised location (5 mins walk from Taipei Main Station, 3 mins walk from Taipei Bus Station located at the rear of Q-Square Shopping Mall), near to fast food joints like Macdonalds and KFC, free coffee and tea from the pantry located at the lobby, free self-service laundry on the first floor, daily snacks (potato chips) provided to your room at no charge, good variety of cable TV channels.
The cons:
Toilet bowl flush strength is very weak. In our room, there was a step before entering the bathroom, and one may potentially trip if not careful.
