The hotel value is good, service is slow and poor. Rooms are very small and a lot of the rooms facilities are broken and out dated. Our booking was changed multiple times and we were told to move rooms twice in 2 days. They do not offer poolside service through out the day and the menu range is not great. Friends stayed in a local home stay and there facilities were a lot better

Room Tip: WIFI is very slow and staff ignore requests for help with everything

Poor rooms, small bathroom, the materace is very soft, broken AC.
Poor WiFi ! If you want to use good WiFi you have to pay 100.000 IDR per day
Very poor breakfast ! Worst than 2 stars hotel in Europe.
I'm completely disappointed this place.

We hoped to get a good place not far from the airport to later bring a tour group to. We were discouraged to see that this place--though in a relatively new area--seemed to be somewhat of a has-been. Cracks in the wall of the hallways were patched with paint that was not quite the right color. It appeared that some of the rooms in our wing were being rented out to large numbers of construction workers who were building a nearby project. The drive out the driveway to get to any food or services off campus involves driving a few kilometers. The staff was great, but that's about the only thing this place had going for it.

Booked a room through the website and paid full. On the day of check in, the Hotel wanted additional payment for the hotel stay stating a refund of the earlier charge will be reverted. Tried sending a couple of emails for clarification but received no reply. Total amount paid is nearly 2.5 times the advertised rates for the room.

Disappointed with the hotel no respond for a clarification of the double charge.

Room Tip: Seaview room on the top floor is good. But be sure to check what they are going to charge, promotional rates does not apply.

Been here for family travel and although only one night but New Kuta Lexington leave a deep impression on us. Booking directly to the hotel served quickly and accurately, requests are recorded and well catered for. Thank you for your help Mrs. Dayu and Mrs. Kadek to reserve our room. Come earlier than check in, we choose the path down to the beach in advance and find all of our rooms have been ready when we get back. Bellboy service was friendly and businesslike. Dinner at the hotel and find out they've got a delicious cuisine. Thank Kayumanis Restaurant team for hospitality and patience in the face of our order. They have a pool that is not too large but quiet and private enough, we love it! Overall, we just love and love and love the staff (full-day smile!), the pool, the service and the rooms for sure. Please extend our warm greetings to Mrs. Dayu, Mrs. Kadek, Mr. Sayang, Ms. Dewi and all of the adorable and your valuable staff.

Will definetely come back!!
