Very friendly and helpful staff, great and quiet location built around a beautiful flower garden and grassy area to relax after an exciting jungle trek. The staff provided us with a lot of information about the park and the possible ways to discover it. The room was clean and spacious, so was the attached bath with hot water. The provided mosquito nets turned out to be very useful.

The location is perfect for exploring the town and walking to the river to watch the daily elephant bathing or to relax at a riverside bar the end of the day. The grounds of the camp are beautifully landscaped and maintained and there are comfortable seating areas throughout. The restaurant will accommodate any of your needs and prepares a great breakfast. We had no hot water the first night but the staff changed us to a different room the next day and all was well. We chose to take a 2 hour canoe trip and afternoon safari in the national park and had the best guide ever, Vishnu. He grew up in the park and is knowledgeable about all the birds and wildlife, I highly recommend taking a trip with him.The manager arranged all of our travel, even our transportation to the next town we visited. The staff were super friendly and attentive to all our needs. The owner has two elephants that live in the back of the hotel area and he took us back there so we could meet them and their handlers, this gave us great joy. We stayed there three nights, I highly recommend the Travellers Jungle Camp.

Stayed in this hotel since the hotel we booked (Monalisa) was packed and they moved us here. Generally this looks good and spacious but when I entered in the room, I found everything was bit old and filthy. The bed was not so comfortable with bad and old pillows and blanket. The service though was good and they provided us everything what I needed and in time, suggest that they pay attention on improving and changing the furnitures, beds, mattresses, pillows, towel etc.

I had a really great time in Chitwan!
Travellers jungle camp is a very nice place - beautifully garden, big comfortable rooms, tasty food and really nice people. And own elephants that we fed with banana every morning) They met us on a bus station, organized a great program with elephant ride, jungle walk, jeep safari, canoes and bought tickets to the bus to Katmandu. We set on the best places in a good bus.
Thank you for your hospitality! We will come back to go to jungle for 2 or 3 days!

Everyone that we interacted with displayed exceptional customer service and made us feel as if we were the only people at the resort throughout our stay. Everything was well organize, food was delicious, and the lodge is within walking distance of anywhere you want to go. We are very glad we made the decision to spend our last few days on Nepal down in Chitwan at Travellers. Namaste!
