Great hotel located within the Wadi Rum desert offering excellent views across the plain. Each room of the hotel is in a separate pod, offering privacy en reclusion. There's a free shuttle service from the main road in case you're not driving a 4x4.

Location is beautiful and infrastructure is good. Service is very average and something you might expect for a budget airline or hotel. Even the owners cannot offer good service - lots of promises, slow to deliver. You have to wait 15-30 minutes for everything. Check in and check out is slow, and lots of staff standing around (including owner) with no offer to help. Any direction for how things work - from how you arrive and how you leave- is not available unless you ask.

Food is very average; edible but not great. Buffet style breakfast and dinners. Everyone shares serving utensils and with cases rising fast in Jordan - this is not a good sign. Sanitizers not widely encouraged and no one has to wear masks. Even the owners and the staff do not consistently wear masks (indoors or outdoors). The dining room and tents are full of flies - on the food, on the common furniture etc.

We booked at this camp on Thursday 13th of August 2020. We were greated by a very friendly employee at the parking location. He loaded our bags to Toyota truck and they drove us in to the desert to reach our camp. The bubbles accommodation were breath taking. It makes you feel as if you are truly on Mars. The red color of the mountain and rock formation were unique . We wanted to do the buggy tour of Wadi Rum. The staff were so accommodating to drive us to and back to another camp. The rooms were comfortable, spacious and clean. The food was good. At 10 pm for 15 JD a person we had an instructor showing us through a telescope Jupirar Mars and explaining to us about the different stars. He was so knowledgeable and explaining things in a simple way the we can understand . Overall it was an amazing experience.
