Area outside of the hotel was grim to say the least but once inside it was an oasis of calm. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The rooms were clean and tidy with the cleaner coming on daily during our stay. The pool area was lovely with lots of sun beds so no fighting for the best spots.
Breakfast consisted of fruit and various pastries ( very tasty). Lunch was served by the pool and dinner at the restaurant. Choice was limited but to be fair the food was well cooked and presented. Service was a little slow.

The spa was to die for. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Whilst the area around the hotel is grim the hotel runs a reasonably priced shuttle to and from the main areas of Marrakech from 8am to 8pm. Outside of these times they will arrange a taxi for you. Would definitely recommend a trip to the night market in the main square of Marrakech. Crazy place, be ready to barter and don't be afraid to say " no thank you".

Please be aware of the fact that you need to pay city tax. We weren't told but it worked out as 31dr per person per night.

The hotel would like you to pay for services at the end of the stay but we chose to pay on a daily basis and kept our receipts. Glad we did as on the final night they tried to make us pay the city tax again despite us paying it earlier in the week. Problem easily solved despite the language barriers.

This hotel is pleasant if you want somewhere reasonably priced and clean. I would not say this is a high end hotel however was nice enough to lay your head for a short trip. The hotel is around 15-20 minute drive from the city centre and literally has nothing else near to it. However the shuttle bus was readily available for a small fee however cabs will try to charge around 150-200 dirum.

The cleaner tidied the room everyday we were there (3 days) and was quite thorough.

The breakfast is quite minimal (pastries, fruit, bread and coffee from a machine that uses cartridges) so if you do want variety this may not be for you as there is nothing else around so no option for alternative.

wifi was sketchy at times but this wasnt too much of an issue as it did get stronger the closer you were to reception however given the cost of data or calls while in Morrocco it does pay to have a stronger wifi signal.

There is no phone in the room no room service option (you can only eat at set times with no option to eat in your room) and also if you wanted to ask reception a question or for anything then you had to walk to reception which was a bit annoying.

The kitchen closes promptly at 3pm before opening again in the evening for dinner so it is quite arkward if you want a snack after this time. After going on an excursion we came back to the hotel just before 3pm and was told we could get no food. when you do order drinks or food it does take quite a while to come.

All in all this was a pleasant stay if you dont mind spending time in a taxi to go back and forth from where anything is really happening. Ideal if you just want to lay your head and are not fussed about location however you want luxury and convenience then this isnt for you.

Good rooms, service and restaurant. Really odd location but with a great shuttle service that gives you good mobility to and from Marrakesh, etc. Maybe different to what you are used to but definitely a good choice. Only downfall is the wifi service.

This hotel made our trip to Marrakech.

Upon arrival, we got upgraded to a suite, which was lovely and authentically decorated. The staff were also really nice when we got there, nothing was too much trouble the whole time we were there.

There is a shuttle which runs from 8am until 8pm, that will take you to and from the centre which is great - the hotel is about 4 miles out of Marrakech, which personally we loved as we were away from the madness of the Medina.

The food was delicious (the Tagines in particular), the grounds were impeccably kept, the pool area was peaceful and very clean. The spa is also well worth a visit for a relaxing massage.

I honestly cannot recommend the hotel enough, and I would 100% visit again.
