Mixed feelings about Nature Village some good and some bad.

We arrived on the 26/4 finding the site was easy, basically follow the Disney signs until you see the Nature Village ones. There was a small queue but 4 gates were open and guests seemed to be booked in quickly with little fuss. The Lady who greeted us spoke good English, little information was given at check in other than a map and your wrist bands which operate pretty much everything.

We traveled down and found our villa no problem, we had a 3 bed as we were traveling with a 4 & 6 year old. The accommodation was fairly clean and well kept. It was a little rough round the edges, attention to detail in the finishes and cleaning could have been better. Bad dust situation under the beds!! The only other issue we had was that one of the small ceiling fans fell down in the bathroom, I fitted it back in place and advised guest services (nothing was done about it during our trip) but it didn't really effect us.

Due to the poor weather on the first few days we used the soft play straight away which was great, kids loved it. Lots for them both to do, they made friends quickly with another couple of English children which was great. Only downside was that there was not a lot of seating near the softplay, so get there early if you want to sit down. There is a cafe attached and staff again speak good English, they were very accommodating.

Swimming pool was also excellent, lots to do for kids big and small. Plenty to keep the parents amused as well. The only disappointing thing is that a couple of the smaller slides were closed due to damage, seems a shame given that they have only been open 6 months. Larger slides were great, both me and my 6th year old when on a lot of them no problem. The rapids were also much enjoyed.

Supermarket is well stocked with everything you need and very competitive on price. How ever should you wish to shop off site there are two supermarkets within 10min. There is also a bakery on site but get there early as the bread goes fast, it is a little on the expensive side though.

Guest services (The Welcome House) is a bit of a joke, staff speak very good English but are under trained and struggled to do some of the things we asked for. Plus there needed to be a few more of them as there was always a large queue. We did book bowling through there, that was easy enough just took a long time. Bowling was 39 euro for 50min, please note drinks are expensive in the bowling center and there are no food options in there.

There are buses that run round the site, approx every 30min. Again not a lot of information and the drivers dont speak English but we managed ok.

We drove to Disney from site on two seperate occasions it takes about 10min and will cost you 20 euro to park for the day. You can book tickets via Guest Services or direct online and then guest services will print them for you. We did both with no trouble at all. There is a shuttle bus from Nature Village to Disney.

We ate out on site three times all in Vapinos, my major piece of advice is arrive early if you are going to go there, as it gets busy very quickly. They operate a weird system where you order your food from different stations and then you wait there for it. So if you all ordering different types of food then expect to be eating at different times. The food was very inconsistent, my wife and I ordered the same thing twice and basically got a different dish on both occasions.

All in all a good trip, but probably wont return for 18 months as its still a little baron due to being newly built. Staff need a little more training and some attention to detail would be great.

Room tip: Get to Vapions early for good service and same goes for Soft Play if you want to get a table.

We stayed here during the snow last month, it was very cold! We were very busy during the weekend at Disneyland and in Paris so we perhaps didnt make the most of the facilities. We had a debacle with Disney tickets - for some bizarre reason they don't tell the check in desk which people have booked packages with Disney tickets, hence losing a dot on this review. It was ridiculous but mostly caused by magic breaks - exacerbated by village nature odd policy. Aside from that we had a great time and would recommend - it's brand now so everything clean and well kept. 25 mins or so from Disneyland, shuttles are v reliable and 2 euro for a single. We had 2 basic 3 bed chalets, they were nice but the oven is very tricky to work. It's also tiny (cooked one pizza at a time!) to encourage you to spend money, which is naughty. Well equipped aside from that. Pool is amazing, shop well stocked and most things pretty good value - compared to British centre parcs certainly. Overall would recommend. If you have young kids, previous reviewers are right, doors don't lock from inside so be careful. Lake is pretty and little internal bus is good.

We stayed in village nature for 5 days in March and absolutely loved it. Everything about the trip was great-fab cottage with amazing views, brilliant pool, great variety of activities, being surrounded by nature and close to Disneyland Paris, Val d'europe shopping centre and central Paris not to far by train too. The staff were generally friendly and if they didn't understand English they got someone who could. We hired an E-car which was fun and great with 2 children who don't like to walk too much lol! Overall we really enjoyed our 5 day relaxing but entertaining break.

I will start off with the great parts of our holiday!
Fantastic accommodation, the rooms were spacious and we had a cottage with a spa bath and plenty of space for storage. Facilities such as microwave, hairdryer and dishwasher were greatly appreciated.

Down side- the cleanliness wasn’t great!
Under sofa, which had to be moved, due to children’s toys sliding under it, looked like hadn’t been cleaned at all same as under the beds.

The site itself was fantastic lots on offer for all ages to do. We loved the swimming and the farm which has an awesome play area along with the activities they offer. Staff in the farm were absolutely fantastic and so helpful and polite.
Downside to the site was the poor customer service from the baby club and welcome house.
We booked a spa and baby club online with no mention of proving our children’s vaccinations. We obviously didn’t travel with their red books which means we couldn’t use the baby club.
When asking for a refund we were told sorry you have to email.... we are still awaiting a reply. This has cost us 280€ which is not on!

The one late opening restaurant is crazy busy and queue separately for different types of food which on swap over days is stupidly busy.

The swimming pool was brilliant but had lots of little slides out of order.

Bike were perfect and we loved riding around the park exploring and enjoying the fresh air.
We couldn’t find a washing place, not to say there isn’t one but it wasn’t clear and as I’ve mentioned the welcome house was unhelpful so couldn’t face going in again to be told no.

I think that this place is beautiful and has all the corner stones of being a favourite family holiday destination but some things let it down and those are the things that have stuck!

Just want to start of by pre warning anybody who is thinking on booking this accommodation thinking it is going to be Disney everything, it isn't. There isn't anything that specifically shows that this is Disney accommodation (like you would expect to see at one of the Disney hotels). For us adults this was totally fine as we didn't need to see Disney characters faces everywhere however if you are planning on bringing Disney obsessed children, it could be a little disappointing at the lack of Disney themed things around the complex. Our room didn't have any Disney branding, and from what we could see around the complex nothing was branded Disney.
Accommodation- we stayed in the country premium apartment (1 bed). Overall the accommodation was spacious and comfortable. Our room actually came with a travel cot (although we don't have children) but that's something to bear in mind if you are a couple with a small infant, you may only need this size room. We think we may have been placed in a disabled access room as it had a wet room bathroom and disabled facilities. Because of this, after showering we had to mop up all the water on the bathroom floor. The shower was good, however we would have preferred a bath which could also be used as a shower. (The other/bigger rooms could possibly have had a bath but we can only speak for what we experienced). The kitchen was a kitchen come living room which was basic but good. The kitchen has a dishwasher with detergent and a sink. It also had an induction hob and microwave oven (we couldn't fully understand how to use the microwave oven but it served well as a normal microwave). The kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils such as knives, ladles etc and has a full cutlery set. However, when we entered our apartment for the first time the plates, bowls, glasses and cutlery were all dirty and stained as if they had not been properly cleaned. This was rather disappointing as we had to clean all of them before use. The instructions to work all appliances in the apartment are on the TV, bit confusing.
The complex facilities- we were quite impressed with the variety of facilities within the complex. When you check in, you receive a band which allows you into the complex facilities. Some of the facilities are free as part of your stay at the complex and some you have to pay for. This complex is much like a centre parcs with disneys name on it. With the band you have free access to the water park which is great fun and has a large variety of slides and attractions, suitable for all. There is also a spa which you can pay for treatments. You can hire bikes on the complex and there is a range of different activities that you can pay to take part it. This isn't something we chose to do but if you have kids it would be great family fun. On site there is also a bowling alley, escape rooms and children's play area.
Food & Shopping- the complex is a self catering complex where guests can bring their own food if they want to. Since we flew here, we couldn't bring our own food. This is fine since there is a supermarket within the complex that has a large variety of food and essentials should you need them. There is also a little bakery on site which freshly bake pasties and bread. We had these for breakfast every morning and they were delicious. There are two main restaurants in the complex, one is Vapiano (an Italian chain restaurant) and there is also a restaurant serving French cuisine. For a lighter bite to eat or drink there is a small cafe. We ate at Vapiano and thought the food was good, slightly overpriced. The pricing for food and items at the supermarket is slightly more expensive than we would usually pay however it is a Disney complex and is to be expected.
Transport links- before coming here we didn't actually realise that there isn't a free shuttle bus from the complex to Disneyland. However, right outside the complex there is a bus stop that takes you directly to Disneyland for only 2 euros per person. The bus comes every half an hour and it takes around 30 minutes to get to Disneyland. We found it really easy and so it didn't bother us that there wasn't a free shuttle bus to the park. We also noticed that lots of families were using this bus service so it seems that this is fine for families too. The complex itself is quite large but the complex does provide a free shuttle bus service around it so you can easily get to different parts. We used this once and it's a great service but our accommodation wasn't actually that far from the supermarket and water park so we decided to walk most of the time. If you are planning to go into Paris city centre whilst you are here, bear in mind that is takes about an hour travelling time. You have to get the bus to Disneyland and then take the RER line A into Paris. The bus to Disneyland will cost you €2 euro per person and the train (return ticket) will cost you around €17 per person.

Overall, this was a great holiday experience with only a few minor thing that lets it down. We really enjoyed our stay and the opportunities to use facilities such as the water park at no extra cost. I think this accommodation would be even better for families since it does really cater for children's needs. I would definitely recommend staying here if you don't want to pay extremely high prices (that you would pay at a Disney hotel) because it is great value for money. We would definitely stay here again.
On a side note, we booked through Expedia and the prices were a LOT cheaper than booking through the Disney website :)

Hope this review is useful for anyone planning on staying here :).
