Called here in our way back from Platanias for a late lunch. Family run restaurant who welcomed us into the kitchen to choose our meal. Simple but very tasty beef with white beans and green beans grown in the family farm. Wife had pork and pasta which was delicious. Cheapest meal so far in Crete at less than €20 which included a desert, espresso coffees and a carafe of the house white with two shots of Racki.
Recommended by Lonely Planet guide and I wholeheartedly endorse it. Do not miss the opportunity to eat here if you are nearby. Spectacular scenery through the Gorge approaching the restaurant.
