Back after a few years and delighted to find it still produces superb dishes using local ingredients in an imaginative way for all three courses. Tried new dishes that tasted and were presented beautifully involving mackeral, pork and lamb. The melon Gaspacho was so tasty too. Good wines by the glass.
The staff are very friendly and helpful.
You don’t need to go to the fine dining restaurants to eat high quality food at much higher prices!

Highly recommended. We would give them 6 stars for service and hospitality. The food is lovely. If you are looking for relatively low key with amazing food outside the tourist areas, please reserve a table here! You’ll eat like kings and queens and have great conversation with the staff.

We visited last night, a table of 5. A first time visit for us all. First impressions were very good, modern minimalist diningroom,light filled, comfy seats. Check out the menu online, we can recommend starters - fish soup, the octopus carpaccio, the padron peppers, mains - cod, Iberian pork and the very delicious rack of lamb. Desserts- chocolate mousse with crisp chocolate biscuit. We had the house white and red, both very drinkable. The service throughout was first class. The 5 of us left the restaurant feeling very happy with the quality of our night out, a find for foodies - we are definitely new fans of this restaurant.

Just a little off the tourist track in Lagoa town.. super clean and modern new restaurant.
Staff especially Peres were really helpful… some good value local wines to support the Incredibly well presented dishes. Algarvian style with a modern interpretation..
An amuse bouche of tuna whilst we enjoyed the local viognier wine… Mixed tapas style starter to share, turbot and iberico pork for mains. No room for desserts!!
Reasonable prices 20-25 euro mains… wine is good value.
Open kitchen downstairs which is immaculate - obviously chefs who know what they are doing !!! Thanks Guys see you soon.
