Beach-side dining .. and a great Western menu to boot, we were stumped by the quality of the steaks, the starters and the desserts at the Boathouse Wine & Grill. There was also traditional Thai food but we wanted something different and were not disappointed.
We were served a generous portion of foie gras with mushrooms for our starters. The executive chef set up a flambe station for the Steak Diane which was deliciously done medium rare with a great sauce. The herb lamb rack was well seasoned and the wagyu beef cheeks were delicate and extremely tasty. And if you're a dessert fan, try the coconut ice-cream. One of our guests ended up consuming 3 scoops ... testimony of a great ending to a scrumptious meal.
