The Homestay boys are so cordial . The food is so homely . The accommodation is so posh . On top of all , we were taken care of by the owner with great hospitality.
It was a splendid experience with arrangement of music and bonfire and we would love to visit again to Dalhousie and stay in this Homestay only ..
We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at Tilsharit Home Stay. The place is impeccably clean and beautifully done up. The home cooked food was delicious - non oily and not too spicy. Parul and team do a wonderful job in running it.
So we were a traveler set of 3...2 adults and a 5 year old kid; and we landed at Tilsharit on a wet day with rains playing havoc.
The human touch started 24 hours before arrival with Parul (the humble host) checking on our travel plans. Parul was kind enough to check on us during our drive from Chd to Banikhet and that we were comfortable through the way.
We reached the beautiful Tilsharit in the evening and were greeted with the warmest possible smile and hospitality, not to mention the steaming CHAI and local flavours.
During the 4 days stay, everything from our meals to our comfort was beyond perfect and the team was always forthcoming to help with every need.
We went there unprepared as tourists, and Parul & Siddharth were kind enough to help us plan the local sight seeing and time our visits accordingly.
At Tilsharit, you're about an hour away from the tourist attractions like Chamera lake, Dain Kund and Khajjiar and the drive is quite mesmerizing itself.
Don't forget to pick up some local delicacies there.....ask Parul and you'll know where to go :-)
All in all.....the vacation got etched in memories....thanks to the hosts. And yes....We'll be back....regularly :-)
