Decent value if dated hotel in the centre of Luganville. We stayed in one of the garden rooms which was basic, clean and everything worked. The Wi-Fi even reached the room despite being advertised as in public areas only. Soft beds with little back support. Simple breakfast that does not always start on time. Evening food options available but like most others we went elsewhere. Friendly owner. Small pool (disregard artfully angled promo photos).

Hotel Santo is located right in the middle of town which is great. Our room was lovely, especially for the price. We stayed in a fan room which was located in the garden. The breakfast is basic toast, spreads, fruit and coffee/juice. We really enjoyed our stay.

We booked it for the first night after we landed but we were not impressed and decided not to spend another night there. the service is slow, the owner attributes that to 'island time' but I discovered that not everyone is on her 'island time'. some people work more responsible.
The shower was crap and the mattres not good.
There is a nice garden and it is centric but Luganvile is an ugly big town, Buy food and get away from there.
She was very discouraging on activities to do, luckily there was a frienly emplyee who helped us a bit.
it was expensive too, specially for being where it is, prices was par with a good B&B in Sydney metro!

We stayed 3 nights at hotel santo in a garden room. The property is tidy, conveniently located and staff friendly. The room was basic but sufficient, we unfortunately had a toilet that kept running but wasn’t a major.

The included breakfast consists of fresh fruit, toast, juice and coffee. Both mornings we waited 25mins for it to be prepared, so bear this in mind if you’re time limited e.g. tour or flight. Dinner at the restaurant is unfortunately overpriced for what you receive, so I would not recommend.

The owner Mary-Jane was very helpful organising drivers to take us around. Overall we had a nice stay.

Room was clean and functional, staff were lovely, the garden was beautiful and relaxing. The hotel is cool and airy with a retro style. My friend and I loved our stay here! Would stay at Hotel Santo again without a second thought :)
