The hotel is very conveniently located right opposite of the main entrance of the upper Park by Peterhof palace. The rooms are clean and well equipped (including massage shower cabins, smth pretty fancy for a Russian hotel). The only thing that's a total killjoy is the personnel. Most of them seem to be local kids, nice but not too professional. But some, as Katja, the kitchen administrator, are plain rude and seem to be bothered by virtually anything. I know it takes a while to overcome the soviet client-is-always-wrong style, but c'mon, some things are a bit over the top here. maybe if you come here as an individual/couple it will be ok, but if you want to organize a business meeting like we did, I'd rather advise you against this place to avoid the trouble of dealing with the people who are not ready to communicate with their customers.
