Pros: Restaurant and small snack deli. Big, clean rooms. Big showers. Rooms well lit. Strong A/C. Security safe in room. Clean rooms. Close to a few small shops.

Cons: Noisy like all of Poza's hotels. No ice machines - restaurant will give you some at no charge. No in room coffee - restaurant opens at 6 am. Very sporadic internet - even on the 1st floor. Shower water would only get slight warm - even at 6:30 PM. Huge improvement over the Best Western.

Recently stayed a week in this hotel and what a delight! Right in the heart of town, but the room was quiet.
The room was so clean and modern. The bed had upscale sheets and covers and plenty of pillows and the mattress was so comfortable. The bathroom was stocked daily with soaps, shampoos and all the other necessities at no charge. The shower was a walk in and very large with a rain shower head. A hairdryer and shaving mirror was in the room as well, along with an ironing board and iron. However, there is a one day laundry service at very affordable prices.
The hotel has a dining room and a buffett breakfast was free every morning. The food was widely varried, and there was lots of fresh fruits to choose from as well. There was a chef cooking fresh eggs, but I recommend that you eat the buffett eggs! I didn't have lunch in the dining room but the dining room is open all day. The meun is varried and ranges from local tastes to an American hamburger !! There is also a coffee shop where cakes and pastry are served all day.
The roof top open air lounge was great after being in an office all day. There is an extensive bar on the roof top as well, and if you want to eat it is no problem as they will bring the food to you.
There is an exercise room on the 5th floor, but it was a bit small and dark. A large screen TV was available to help you through your 3 mile walk on the treadmill.
The staff was great. They couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. They also had some English speaking staff, but everyone seemed to understand my limited Spanish.
The price was right as well, lower by several hundreds of pesos to similar hotels in town.
