We stayed at Dina's Paradise for two weeks in May. In a sense, all you need to know is that I cried when the time came to leave: I had enjoyed one of the best holidays of my life.
First, and most importantly, Dina and her family are absolutely lovely. They give you the warmest of welcomes and are always available to help and advise you but they never intrude on your privacy. If you get a chance, do look at the family's fabulous wine making rooms. And do ask Dina to see her photograph album which shows the development of the apartments over the years: Dina and her husband built this astonishing property from scratch.
The situation of the apartments is remarkable, with breathtaking views of the sea and the famous overhanging rock. One of our greatest pleasures was sitting on our beautifully-appointed balcony and just soaking up the sights and sounds of Agios Gordios.
The apartments are excellent with everything you need for a comfortable self-catering holiday. They are kept clean by the absolutely delightful Erinda whose smile alone is worth the price of the holiday.
We enjoy walking so the hills around the apartments weren't a problem but, if you have mobility issues, we suggest you speak to Dina before booking. She will give you an honest assessment of whether her property is right for you.
