Nicely located close to bus station, shops and beach. Housekeeping not at the best standards. Stayed in 2nd building, Wi-Fi is very bad. Has a nice pool with a lovely italian chef. For the price/ quality is a good accommodation. I can recommend it.

I stayed along with my friends here for 7 nights during our stay in Agios Gordios. The location is nice and quiet at 12-15 minutes walk from the beach. Marina, the owner, her mom and the rest of the staff are friendly and welkoming. Also the rooms are big, but that's about it. They have serious issues with the cleaning, we found lots of dust, bugs and dead mosquitos. They should really think about doing something regarding the bunch of mosquitos that are invading the rooms every evening, maybe a mosquito net or something, The beds are really uncomfortable but at least they changed the sheets almost everyday. Another negative thing is the small bathroom with a shower curtain that sticks to you and is just so annoying if you are claustrophobic. The pool is nice and big and is such a pity they close it at 7 pm. Overall, the place has great potential but it needs improvement.

Marina is a wonderful hostess. We moved here from rowdy Kavos and what a fabulous choice we made. Half way up the hill the apartments are spacious clean homely and have everything you need. The price is great. The pool is across the road with a pool bar drinks and food to order. WiFi available on all areas. A short walk to great cafes food cocktails. Thank you for saving our Corfu holiday.

My wife and I stayed for one week at the Marina apartments and had a fantastic holiday. The apartments are typically Greek and a bit dated; however if you are looking for a 4 or 5 star hotel and wish to pay two or three times the price then other accommodation should be sought. Marina and her "mummy" work tirelessly to maintain the two apartment blocks. Our room was cleaned on a daily basis.
The large pool and bar area is terrific for relaxing and Maria and her husband who manage the pool and bar are brilliant hosts, catering for all your poolside needs.
The views over the hills and mountains from the front of room 304 and overlooking the pool were fabulous.
As many reviewers have said, the accommodation is on an incline and the 100-200m uphill walk from the town back to the apartment can take its toll if you are maybe elderly or not used to walking very much.
For the more energetic you can keep walking up the hill to the small town of Pentati 3km away, where there are a couple of tavernas. We popped into Chris's Place and had lunch on the roof with beautiful views overlooking Agios Gordios.
If you are feeling even more energetic, instead of branching off to Pentati, keep walking up the hill to Garouna village, from there you can walk upwards yet again to Panteleimonas Mountain. There's a viewing point where you can see views of Corfu town, the north and south of the island and the mountains of Albania. Continue to walk a further 200m to the top and you will see breathtaking views of Agios Gordios and the north-west coastline. Unfortunately there's no Taverna!!
Its also worth going into Old Corfu Town. The local bus cost 2.5 euro and takes 40min.
Hope to see you again Marina and Maria,
James and Rosina
