This is a place where you may go to eat something quick and not elaborated. No great expectations. Not a place you really want to have good food

We had lunch here while on our full day tour of São Miguel. If you are in Furnas, you must try the Cozido das Furnas, beef, pork, chicken, potato, yam, blood sausage and chorizo prepared together in a fumerole. Believe me when I say that an order for one will easily feed two. The food was very good, and the restaurant pleasant. This is definitely a place that caters to the tourist tours, but it is a good way to sample the local cuisine.

The food is good and the prices are reasonable especially compared to the Terra Nostra Hotel and Tony’s. They accommodated our group of 8 easily and the staff was very friendly

OMG, the food here was amazing!!!! I ended up buying some of the pepper dip before we left! The location was small and quaint and felt like a real island experience! Staff was super friendly and we loved every minute!!

Visited after a day at the thermal pools. Seems closed from the outside.
Service was so so and Portuguese news was on TV causing a distraction for the waiters.
Strange atmosphere, no music just TV.
The food was ok but unfortunately the Cozido was served barely warm which was a disappointment. The entrance is also a mess with boxes and packages in the hallway.
Overall a disappointing experience.
