Have northern European background so I loved the subtle, not-in-your face flavours. All the menu options were excellent. We sampled just about everything as we opted to join them for their 2019 New Year's Eve celebration. The 10-12 course evening offering was based on their regular menu. We also had dinner on 2 other evenings.
For their bread appetizer, the only thing I didn't like was the peppery butter, not my preference. The pate was fabulous though and very European in influence. If you can afford a lunch or dinner, do try it and you won't be disappointed. I'm not a wine drinker, so can't comment on that. But my cousin liked the wine pairings and she's a foodie.

As we were staying in the adjacent apartments we booked a table here one night... What an incredible experience!
The quality and style of the dishes (large tapas style) was exceptional. Really innovative and creatively prepared food.
Be careful if you get the bread to start, which although delicious, is very filling!

Service wonderful! Nice drinks menu. Super expensive but worth every Euro.

When I first heard of the restaurant, the Chef, told he would respect the local cuisine and flavors, In our opinion he has hit the nail on the head. The perfect balance of traditional and gourmet.

The food was incredibly creative and unique, while honoring the local style. I cannot say enough about the excellent service. They guys made it feel like a night at a friend's house, rather than a visit to a restaurant. The scenery and gardens (where they source a lot of their ingredients) are so peaceful and beautiful. We loved the cocktails too! Go enjoy!

This restaurant is by far the best we've eaten in on our trip to Furnas. The setting is tranquil among the trees overlooking their vegetable gardens. Linens and table setting are lovely. The wine list is good. The cocktails were amazing, each served with a special herb from the garden.The menu is sharing style, more like oversized tapas. We tried 8 dishes + 3 desserts and not one thing disappointed! Everything is tasty and unique. We've eaten in 2 Michilin Rated Restaurants and I would put this to close to that caliber. Service was also the best we've had in azoes. Definitely a must try on your trip to Furnas
