Calling something a gem is rather hackneyed, but the accolade is well deserved in the case of O Koala. From the first impression I knew it was going to be good; there is an open plan kitchen where the chef works his magic. Everything is open to view. The rack of lamb was just fantastic and one of my fellow diners was full of praise for the swordfish while the other was equally fulsome about the salmon en croute. Just writing about it is making my mouth water. We are certain to return soon.
