We adored this calm and shady tavern. In their quiet area the only noise we heard were the mules hooves on the pavement and the swallows in the sky.
Despite it was Easter the service was quick and the "running" waiters were kind and smiling to us. We had a juicy chicken fillet and as I asked for a low fat pork chop they made it very "slim", quite a fillet I can say. The broccoli was really superfresh with a gorgeous olive oil. The octopuss on the grill was crispy outside but soft inside: perfect. My wife asked something that was not on the menu and I was surprised that despite it was fully booked, they were so kind to please her with the grilled vegetables she wanted. I have pin it for our next time in Hydra. Bravo Bravissimo.
