The chef provides delicious Swiss inspired meat dishes as well as fish and vegetarian options. I had Beef Stroganoff and my wife had the Mushroom Rissotto both of which were very well cooked, well presented and served with panache. We have tried many of the local restaurants in our 7 annual visits to La Gomera but this is the best we have found and it will be the first that we visit next year.
Before leaving we booked to go back early next week to try one of their 'House
Specials', the Cheese Fondue for which prior notification is needed.
