After reading reviews before hand we were a little dubious - as there were negative comments on the food and beach area. The only negative we found with this hotel was the beach which we were put off by the smell of camel dung. This however was a minor detail as there was so much to do to keep entertained or places to relax with the 5 pools within the complex.

We stayed as a family with a teenager Amy (WINEHOUSE), the animation team were fantastic keeping everyone entertained day and night. Our thanks goes to Sandra, Hakan, Ghassen and Adel who worked very hard through out our week. We especially enjoyed the themed nights, with the beach party on our last evening really topped our holiday off.

The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, all public toilets, lounges and poolsides especially. There was always someone either wiping, sweeping or cleaning something where ever you looked. The Hotel room was kept very clean, with personal touches with flowers on the beds every day.

The main resturant ....... was fantastic!!!!!! Although there are 3 Al a Carte resturants aswell offering different cousine, we found that there was no need to visit. As the main resturant provided plenty of choice for the fussiest of eaters. With bread and pastries all being freshly baked and made infront of you at breakfast time. If you're only used to eating burgers, sausages and chips this hotel is not the place for you!! The deserts were out of this world they by far excell all other all inclusive hotels which we have previously visited across the world.

All the staff including the hotels top manager are an asset to the hotel. Although some staff don't understand much English, they try so hard to make you feel welcome.

Thanks again for a wonderful holiday, we will be returning again in the next couple of months.

We stayed here a large family and was looked after really well. The hotel staff were polite and friendly. Our interconnecting rooms were fantastic and provided balcony space for a peaceful retreat in the evenings. Each breakfast, lunch and dinner, there was plenty to choose from and we always managed to get a table to fit us all together. The pools were a little cold but excellent fun once we took the plunge and the aqua-park especially provided lots of fun. This is the second visit to a magic life hotel and we cannot wait to explore another to see if its as good. Would love to return to Tunisia again.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for a week in May and had a great time.
Well where do I start.... Firstly I would like to mention the staff who were wonderful,so friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. It was my wife's 40th birthday and they made it very special for her. Our bed was decorated with a big 40, a heart and happy birthday made out of petals, it was amazing. The rep Sandra arranged for a big bouquet of roses to be put in the room as well. It made it very special.
The food...... well this was excellent. They cooked the bread and pastries fresh on site in the morning, and it was the best bread I have ever tasted. Each night was a different theme ranging from Italian, Asian, French etc and there was always something for everyone. Always tables available, however this could be a bit different come the middle of August.
The swimming pools.... The pool areas where lovely and there was something for everyone. If you have kids there is a area with slides, and a drinks/food area. This was ideal for families. If you wanted something a bit more peaceful, then there was the relax pool. This was an absolute sun trap and a total chill out area. The main pool which had music and entertainment and fun games in the afternoon. All in all there was a pool for everyone. All of the pools were a bit cold, but this may be because it was the start of the summer season. Once you got right into the water it was not too bad.
The Beach... The beach area where the sun loungers were was very clean and was right next to the beach bar for snacks and drinks. We had seen on other reviews that the area smells of camels and horses as they walk along the beach most of the day. There was a slight smell, but nothing too bad. The only down side to this was the camel owners did not pick up the camel mess sometimes!!!!!!! This was a bit worrying for the children that were playing on the beach.
Rooms... We had a bungalow by the one of the pool areas, which had enough room for the two of us. We had no complaints about the room and the maid kept it spotless.
The whole hotel complex was spotless. There was always someone cleaning something.
Finally, I think if you are looking for a place to relax, with good food and friendly staff this is definately the hotel for you.

We have never been to Tunisia before but cannot wait to go back this hotel is amazing the staff are fantastic and the all inclusive is worth every penny . The entertainment staff work so hard to make sure everyone is having a great time. The theme nights were fab and the beach party was a great laugh and lots of fun. We had a bungalow the bathrooms are very modern always.lots of hot water the bed comfortable plenty of wardrobe space and a little terrace to sit out and watch the world go by housekeepers kept everything spotless I do not have anything negative to say about this hotel it's an amazing holiday destination and this hotel is the place to stay thank you magic life and all your wonderful staff for a truly wonderful holiday

We visited this hotel last year, and decided to go again this year. I have to say it was as good as last year. Again the resort was spotless, and the staff were all great!

They have removed the Jazz bar from the all inclusive program this year which is a shame, but they do now offer Coctails at the main bar and outside in the evenings which is great.

We stayed in a bungalow again, which as we said last year makes all the difference, having two bathrooms and loads more space is great for only £70.00 per week.

I know some reviews were bad over the end of last summer, but I would ignore these. Yes its not 5* for Europe, but it is amazing value for what you pay, the food is amazing and the whole place is well looked after, so what more could you ask for the money.

If your looking for a great break chilling out, good food and only a 2.5 hour flight with great weather this is the place for you.

A big thanks to all the staff for another great holiday!!!

Kevin & Claire
