This hotel is truly a gem. We traveled with our extended family, including my family with 3 kids under 5. Needless to say, small children in a luxury hotel are not the norm, but the staff went out of their way to make my kids feel welcome and cared for. They coordinated everything, from activities to meals to babysitters. Anything we needed, Aldo and Irina made happen (including mid-day pizzas and pastas for my famished crew).
The hotel grounds are spectacular-- think a warm Tuscan villa with gardens and oversized suites that emphasizes the marble in the region with giant bathtubs and unique art. It is situated in a small town just north of Forte dei Marni (15 minutes). You will need to take a taxi, but the hotel will coordinate for you.
If you are traveling with a group and considering a villa, I would really think about booking this 8-room hotel instead.
